forfloatingrooftanksis11psiaperNelson,or13psiaperwhatwehaveappliedhere.That13psiawasfoundinmanualsof
refineryrevamp(~1985).Besidesisomerate(aliquidresemblinggasoline)ofmaxvaporpressure=13psiawasdesigned
