COMPLAINT LETTER

Greetings,
Ive bought your car on the 28/03/2014; Nissan QASHQAI 1.6 diesel,
platinum, model chassis number: SJNFDAJ11U1028051 MEHMET KORLAEL.My car taken
to service by Nissan roadside assistance to ERZURUM NISSAN SERVICE 4 times total(19/06/2014,
12/09/2014 , 02/10/2014, 05/10 2014) One of those 4, some car mechanical came to fix the problem.
My car is currently at the ERZURUM NSSAN AUTHORIZED SERVICE.

The problem is in the following;


-Firstly Start-stop System Error came up, and Engine Error lamp lights red.

Car mechanical, Erzurum authorized service and Istanbul headquarters failed to fix the error.
Unfortunately they just reset something reset something and return my car to me each time. It is well
known that, this method is temporary. . STANBUL NISSAN HEADQUARTERS is quite unsatisfactory.
The person who Ive talked with, I remember as Mrs. Yasemin, is extremely rude and incredibly
smarty. Instead of help or try to fix the problem, ive encountered that, she claimed there is not
someone else to fix the problem, and only interlocutor, is herself. Sadly, everytime closes phone with
that attitude, without any respect or any work-esteem. Now I really concern about NISSAN and its
products. Since there is no respect, or any help for vehicle faults. Above the concern, it is a nightmare
for me, Ive made 7200 km in the first 6 months. Authorized services tell me that cars problem is
Youve made insufficient distance in the city. What kind of a statement that is? It is more likely that
Im talking to a child, instead of talking your an authorized service. Distance is determined by driver.
More clear, its owner. If driver desires, he can make 1000 km a year, if desires anything else, he can
make 10000 kms a year. It is a choice, not a car function. If that is real problem, it is cars fault, then.
More of those frivolous problem-reply and bad behaviour for customers, some of my service
records(which is taken by NISSAN roadside assistance), are missing. There is no service for KARS
TO ERZURUM, so my car taken to nearest (200 km, ERZURUM) Nissan authorized service by
roadside assistance. There are records available for roadside assistance, but there is no document for
the reason of why its taken. I didnt buy to taken by roadside assistance and authorized services all
the time. How a car can give the same error again and again? Last check date by NISSAN authorized
service is 02/10/2014, and give the same error at 05/10/2014. So, car is giving the error again and
again, in spite of there are just 3 days between 2 check outs by NISSAN authorized service! So
considering a repair by NISSAN authorized service, whos the guilty? Me? Car? Authorized Service?
My car gave 4 times, and those are all same errors. There is no guarantee it wont happen again. Im
tired of those disrespectful behaviour, and those processes. There shouldnt be need of legal
processes, if everyone and those NISSAN AUTHORIZED SERVICES do their job. Should i ought legal
processes? 4 same errors in the 6 months.. This car is considered as defective in our legal system. I
will go to consumer court. Mrs. Yasemin from NISSAN Istanbul headquarters, says me there is no
problem. If there is no problem why my car is taken by authorized services. Im really starting to hate
NISSAN and its products slowly. As i told, I will g oto consumer court, this car is defictive. As in our
laws, i will demand return of my money, or exchange my defictive car.
Please take importance on that event. There are disorders in your Turkey franchises. It is damaging
your public image.
