Jake Anthony

The driving force behind this series of publications

was born in England, just one year into World War
Two. People dying not in combat but from health prob-
lems relating to lifestyle, including his own parents, was
the life-amending catalyst which launched Jake Antho-
ny’s lifelong interest in health, fitness and life extension
- and a search for answers.
A wish to become a professional actor and writer
was fulfilled through hard work and dedication against
the odds, and Jake Anthony obtained a degree of ‘ce-
lebrity’ over the years. His work as a character actor
can still be seen on TV from time to time.
4
Another life-amending incident occurred when his
extremely fit and healthy actor and stunt man son, died
from an interaction between prescribed drugs. Like
‘Lord Jim’ - Joseph Conrad’s character in the book
and movie - Jake left his homeland and wandered the
Orient for 20 plus years trying to make sense of it all.
This was interrupted by a series of health disas-
ters at the hands of the allopathic medical system in
the West which would have killed most people. Ironi-
cally, they were initiated by prescribed drugs that were
supposed to cure, not kill. This was added to by the
Western system of treating the symptom rather than
fully identifying the cause.
Jake’s series of the potential lifestyle based killers
included cancer, crisis level hypertension, borderline
type-2 diabetes, acute and chronic pancreatitis, and
gallstones. As prescribed drugs had initiated his series
of interlinked health disasters - and time after time ex-
acerbated them - Jake turned his back on the Western
medical system and from then on utilised nutritional,
holistic and alternative therapies known about for thou-
sands of years in the Orient and the East. His host of
ailments regressed or were controlled, and extra dec-
ades of life were obtained. The use of holistic and
alternative therapies, almost certainly played a part in
his survival. The ‘How To’ and ‘Why’ are detailed in
this series of books.
Jake’s fit and youthful appearance belies the fact
that he is technically a senior citizen, well over the age
of retirement. Knowledge is power. Your choice.

Foreword
Modern medicine has made great technical progress in the
science of diagnostics. An ailment can now be diagnosed
with greater accuracy and speed than ever before.
However, the allopathic medical community has not
particularly made great strides in the prevention and cure of
disabling and deadly diseases. In fact the reverse has oc-
curred, and AIDS, cancer, diabetes, stroke, heart attack and
many others have reached epidemic proportions.
As to more common place everyday ailments, not
much progress has been made here either. In fact, many
would say that since Big Pharma has dominated the medical
scene during the last fifty years or so in the West, the aver-
age person is less fit and healthy.
This is basically because the whole person is not usu-
ally taken into account. All too often the symptom is tar-
geted rather than the cause. When healing does takes place
utilising modern medicine, often the suspicion lingers that
nature took its course - as against the efficacy of the often
expensive medicine which the doctor prescribed.
That is probably the most fundamental difference be-
tween conventional medicine and naturopathic alternatives:
Modern medicine more often treats the symptom; naturo-
pathic procedures treat the cause. Where success is achieved
in treating the cause, the symptoms are automatically taken
care of. Simple, effective, but not profitable for Big Pharma.
Diabetes, stroke, heart attack, and immune system re-
lated ailments such as cancer and AIDS, are predominately
lifestyle based killer diseases.
12
Hypertension (high blood pressure), influenza, gall-
stones, prostate problems, kidney disease and liver disease
are additional contenders as lifestyle killer diseases. Al-
though rarely a killer, there is also the crippling condition
known as rheumatoid arthritis, which can make life pain-
fully unbearable.
Other than individuals predisposed to these ailments
through genetically inherited factors, we increase the risk
of suffering from them due to components in our environ-
ment and lifestyle.
Poor nutrition emanating from junk food restaurants,
highly processed supermarket foods, transfat and salt in al-
most everything, and sugar based drinks - in effect, dead
food - has helped create a world of people in extremely
poor health. This has resulted in an overwhelmed health sys-
tem which is coming close to bankrupting many nations. To
that must be added the individual cost in pain, suffering and
impaired personal capacity to enjoy the pleasures of a
healthy life.
However, drugs and vaccines are almost certainly not
the key to getting your life back. In fact, considerable evi-
dence suggests that they are part of the problem, not the
cure. Big Pharma has not been our friend.
Yet the solution is quite simple, and is based on the
principles of traditional Chinese a Ayurvedic medicine, of
prevention being better than cure.
That requires two components: Knowledge and self-
discipline. This series of Holistic Mini-Guides will hope-
fully supply some of the knowledge.
Take back your life.

GROWING OLD DISGRACEFULLY

One of the notorious ‘Rolling Stones’ generation, I have had

a degree of ‘celebrity’ myself. I can still be seen on TV re-
peats from time to time. I played Tony Bitch on ‘The Good-
ies’ version of the talent show ‘New Faeces’ (spelt correctly,
being British satire), which still has a ‘cult’ following more
than three decades later due to many TV repeats and being
shown on U-TUBE and other Internet sites. I am described
on google.com as ‘The Original Simon Cowell’.

15
I was also a male model on the covers of magazines. I’m the
pin-up person showing off his pipe, in a send-up of sexual
stereotypes.

Age 40, showing off my pipe.

16
I dropped out due to grief over the loss of a loved one, and
wandered the Orient for two decades looking for answers.
In the past I played character roles on TV and the occasional
movie, preferring roles as far away from the real me as pos-
sible. Generally speaking, people only remember the indi-
vidual character and not the actor playing it. I guess that’s
something of a back- door compliment. Yes, I’m the retard
being visited in (a studio) prison.

I always looked different, able to morph

into various characters, as the photos
above and below confirm.

17
In 1998, I started to get really sick. Imperceptibly, I had
started to eat more convenience foods from supermarkets
and less raw and natural foods. Was also unaware at the time
how much hydrogenated fats were in so many processed
foods, even those which appeared to be healthy products.
Also, did not realise how much chlorine, fluoride and fe-
male hormones were in tap water, which I drank a lot of. I
had also reduced my long time exercise regime, just lost
my energy, gained weight and my face and body sagged.
When you age internally, you age externally. I was no
longer detoxing efficiently, which the sallow skin on my
face in the photo below, confirms. My body sagged also,
and the fit guy I always was went AWOL, and with a multi-
tude of potential lifestyle killer diseases, I came close to
death five times.

Age 57 I had visibly become an old man.

18
I felt old too, but despite being constantly sick, exhausted,
generally unwell and close to death on many occasions, with
hospital emergency stays due to intermittently crazy high
blood pressure, acute and chronic pancreatitis, gallstones
galore, borderline diabetes, and multiple skin cancers, by
changing my lifestyle to holistic therapies, they went into
remission.
I took my life back from Big Food and Big Pharma by
carrying out holistic therapies, of which these 12 Holistic
Mini-Guides contain the core.
In 2008, despite being ten years older, my whole body
had become much younger than the preceding photo. An-
nual medical reports confirm that my internal body read-
ings were back to younger man levels. In effect, I had man-
aged to turn back the clock by some twenty years.

Age 67, a younger man than the 57 year old.

19
2005. I started to work as an actor again
and played a hellfire preacher from
two hundred years ago.

The death of my oldest son at the age of just 26, from a

wrong mix of prescription drugs, and many close shaves
which I have personally experienced, has confirmed that Big
Food, Big Pharma, and the complacent allopathic medical
community, who individually and collectively have been a
major contributory cause as to why vast swathes of the popu-
lation are getting sick from illnesses and ailments almost
unheard of when I was young, have a lot to answer for. Dia-
betes, cancer, and a stroke at age one? It is happening!
Add obesity for the majority of adults and children,
means an unattractive appearance, a sick and painful present,
and an early end. Take back your life.

20
Mid 2009, physically fitter than a dozen years before.
Yet technically I am a very senior citizen.

The Rolling Stones generation seriously challenged the

thinking of the past, and we desired not to grow old as fast
as our forefathers. “Growing old disgracefully,” it has been
humorously described.
In the UK, a high quality diet in our formative years -
due to an almost puritanical, “we know what’s best for you”,
national supervision of children’s welfare during and after
World War Two - apparently gave us a superior health start.
Those so treated have survived in better shape than previous
generations.

21
However, the following generations are not faring so
well, and young people in the West are becoming less and
less healthy. Is it a coincidence that organic produce minus
harmful chemicals, was normal when we were young? These
days, only the more informed and affluent tend to seek it
out.
Add junk food and snacks containing hydrogenated fat/
trans-fat, which is a chemically created substance that should
be banned from all food intended for human and animal con-
sumption; refined bleached white flour devoid of its natural
fibre and nutrients; refined sugar and industrial grade salt,
both stripped of their natural nutrients; colas and fizzy drinks
made up mainly of chemicals and yet more refined sugar;
prescription drugs and vaccination protocols bordering on
the insane in number and combination; and we have genera-
tions of obese and unhealthy young people with impaired
immune systems. Many with limited intellect also, as physi-
cal and mental health often go together, as dead food can
impair the brain as well as the body. In effect, malnutrition
of the affluent.
Yet the solution is simple, and has been practised in
Ayurvedic and traditional Chinese medicine for thousand of
years: Preventative medicine utilising natural remedies, diet
and lifestyle factors to build the immune system, in order
to avoid illness and disease occurring in the first place. A
holistic approach to health.
I have already lived 18 years longer than my probable
designated time span on Earth - since the first of many Al-
lopathic/Big Pharma attempts on my life. So every day is a
bonus.

22
However, I am not alone in the world and perhaps oth-
ers from every generation can make more informed choices,
based on research carried out by the world’s finest minds in
every discipline, interpreted using this author’s decades of
‘beating the odds’ experience using holistic and alternative
therapies.

LIFESTYLE CURES
FOR
KILLER
DISEASES

24
DOCTORS CAN BE BAD FOR YOUR HEALTH - THE
PROOF

When doctors in Israel went on strike in 2000, the death

rate plummeted by nearly 40%. But that’s not an isolated
example, as in 1973, Israeli doctors went on strike for 4
weeks and deaths fell by a staggering 50% during that month.
The same happened in Los Angeles in 1976, which
saw an 18% decline in deaths during industrial action by
doctors. When the strike ended, the death rate returned to
the usual higher levels. It also happened in Bogota in 1972.
Doctors withdrew all treatments apart from emergency care,
and mortality rates went down by 35%.
As one Chicago MD put it, way back in 1979: “If doc-
tors reduced their involvement with people and only attended
emergencies, there’s no doubt we’d be better off.”
There is also the fact that medical errors account for
an estimated 40,000 deaths each year in the UK alone, be-
coming Britain’s third biggest killer behind cancer and heart
disease. Plus, serious reactions to prescription drugs are
believed to be responsible for a further 250,000 Britons
being hospitalised each year.
There are many dedicated people in the British medi-
cal system, but overall the state run NHS should carry a Gov-
ernment Health Warning!
The medical profession has made superb advances in
diagnostic techniques and equipment, and finding out what
is actually wrong with us has become a fast and accurate
science. However, treatments from Big Pharma have be-
come less effective than traditional remedies. Antibiotics,
drugs and vaccines quickly lose their effectiveness and have
a wide range of adverse side-effects, often as bad or worse
25
than each disease they are meant to cure.
But you do not have to be victim of such negligence
and insanity, as our health and wellbeing is predominately
maintained by way of lifestyle factors, all of which can help
prevent, treat and even cure, almost every ailment and dis-
ease on the planet. They also do it far more safely and
cheaply, which this author can personally verify. But that’s
the thrust of this mini-guide, so read on.

DISEASE MONGERING

All of us have probably had cancer many times in our lives.

If our defence mechanisms are functioning normally, the
body kills off the cancer cells and we are never aware that it
happened. If there is a breakdown in our defence mecha-
nisms when cancer cells appear, there is nothing to prevent
the growth of those cancer cells and soon there is a tumour.
There is an epidemic of obesity, diabetes, heart dis-
ease, cancer and immune deficiency related diseases in the
world at large. Further, despite virtually compulsory regimes
of vaccine protocols in the West - which were supposed to
completely eliminate disease for all time, but which have
not - young people are not healthier but less so than previ-
ous generations. They are suffering from diabetes in fright-
ening numbers and a wide range of allergy complaints rang-
ing from asthma to eczema to autism, and many more. Even
cancer is now affecting young people. Statistics also con-
firm that current generations have a lower general immu-
nity to all diseases than previous generations - most of whom
including this author, received absolutely no vaccines against
anything.
In an age where Big-Pharma, the allopathic medical
26
community and Big Government health departments spend
fortunes of our money on health care and research and claim
to be protecting our current and future health interests, how
is it that people in Western nations are less healthy and have
lower immune systems than when few drugs were available
and virtually no vaccine programmes existed for kids or
adults? What is going on?
Further, so many drugs proclaimed as miracle cures
for almost everything, very often turn out to have adverse
side effects more dangerous than the complaint the drug
was devised to cure!
An example is statin drugs. Clinical research by Dr.
Jonathan V. Wright, a specialist on heart health, states that
cholesterol lowering statins can cause headache, dizziness,
liver problems, nerve damage, muscle weakness, sexual dys-
function and sleep disorder.
A further side effect relating to statins is that they
deplete specific antioxidants which the heart requires for
optimal health. In a Finland study, 120 men with high cho-
lesterol took 20 mg of Zocor daily for three months. Their
cholesterol levels were lowered by about 20 percent. But it
was found that blood levels of antioxidants dropped by 22
percent! Other studies have confirmed that statins deplete
Co-enzyme Q10 - a powerful antioxidant that fuels cellular
energy production and repairs free radical damage to the
heart muscle. When CoQ10 is deficient, the heart is at risk.
The Finnish study also found that Zocor use increased
insulin levels by 13 percent, enough to set the stage for in-
sulin resistance and type-2 diabetes. To cap it all, choles-
terol levels that are too low can be harmful. The Framingham
Heart Study - the largest, longest and most prestigious heart
disease study ever - showed that total cholesterol levels
27
which went below 160 caused heart disease problems to go
back up! It is a curve that bottoms out at 160 instead of a line
that gets better and better, as you get lower and lower.
Despite all of the above evidence and more besides,
statins have been proclaimed by Big Pharma and Big Gov-
ernment health organisations as a miracle cure for heart
health, and are actually being promoted for use by children!
The ‘three card trick’ from Big Pharma, and Big Govern-
ment health departments are falling for it.
In reality, eating oats on a daily basis can potentially
be as effective in lowering cholesterol, and much cheaper.
Oats also have no adverse side effects. Further, cholesterol
is required by the body because it helps repair damaged blood
vessels.
In a set of essays published in the open-access jour-
nal Public Library of Science Medicine, during 2006, Big
Pharma was accused of systematically creating diseases in
order to sell more of their products, turning healthy people
into patients and placing many at risk of harm. The practise
was named ‘disease mongering’. This was stated as being
particularly relevant in the USA, where medical products
can be advertised directly to the consumer.
All this suggests that wherever possible, drugs should
be avoided. Far too many have adverse side effects.
For the last half century, evidence from many sources
strongly makes the case that multinational food corpora-
tions - Big Food - has been producing food and drink prod-
ucts with addictive ingredients known to make us sick and
unfit. ‘Soylent Green’ almost a reality [*]. We have been
eating dead food, and it has been contributing to consider-
able levels of illness which eventually kills us. That plus
Big Pharma has been producing more and more drugs to
28
help alleviate the multiple ailments which Big Food - often
part of the same multinational group of companies - has
helped create, and we the consumer are trapped in a no-win
situation.
Even children are starting to suffer from adult ailments
like high cholesterol, diabetes and cancer. Also from asthma
and eczema in frightening numbers.
Animals too, and there is a massive rise in cancer in
dogs, even with young animals. Chemicals, antibiotic and
hormone fed meat, plus hydrogenated oils in pet food, are
causing killer diseases.
“You are what you eat,” is a wise old saying. Since Big
Food has been supplying us with predominately nutrient-
free products whose main purpose is high profits by way of
taste addiction, the cheapest possible ingredients and a long
shelf life, that wise old saying is true today more than ever
before.
Add the fact that many drugs designed to alleviate our
predominately junk food caused ailments do not work, have
adverse side effects, are expensive and often required for
life, and it seems as if us humans have become little more
than profit-generating pawns of today’s equivalent of the rob-
ber barons of the past.
Big Food sells us highly processed products contain-
ing inadequate nutrients which addict us to their taste and
ultimately make us sick; then Big Pharma sells us stuff to
make us feel better. But never cure, as that would mean our
lifetime dependence upon drugs would be removed. So much
for corporate ethics and the efficiency of Big Government
agencies who are supposed to protect us. It is about time
someone brought all this out in the open with the power and
urgency of Bruce Willis in a ‘Die Hard’ movie.
29
Step forward, Tony Bitch.

distributed to the public by Big Food was made from dead
people

SAME GENE POOL DIFFERENT HEALTH

OUTCOMES

My interest in health matters commenced as a young child.

It can be traumatic when one’s parents, aunts and cousins
fall victim to illness and die. Even in a youngster, it concen-
trates the mind.
As a young teenager I became aware that the oldest
member of my mother’s family should have died at the age
of 27, from kidney disease. However, she outlived almost
all of her younger sisters, her husband, and three of her four
children. How she outlived almost all of her kin when ill-
ness should probably have taken her before any of them,
intrigued me. Eventually I discovered an association. In the
early nineteen thirties, my aunt was lucky to have had an
enlightened doctor who recommended lifestyle changes af-
ter her almost death-dealing illness. Way back then, doc-
tors were not slaves and minions of Big Pharma, and tradi-
tional folk remedies were still prevalent. Following his rec-
ommendations, from that time on my aunt consumed not
one grain of salt.
In more recent years, we know that eating less salt
reduces the chances of suffering a heart attack or stroke,
and reduces the risk of kidney disease. In 2007, a 15 year
study published in the British Medical Journal offered the
clearest evidence yet that reducing salt consumption saves
lives.
30
People who ate less salty food were found to have a
25 per cent lower risk of cardiac arrest or stroke, and a 20
per cent lower risk of premature death.
Yet most convenience food contains sacks of the stuff!
Read labels and don’t buy if the product contains refined
salt or sugar. Raw sugar and sea salt are OK, as they have not
been stripped of their nutrients and trace elements. Indus-
trial grade salt and refined sugar is all you will get in con-
venience foods from Big Food.
The enlightened doctor also persuaded my aunt to cut
out red meat. Further, she never smoked at a time when eve-
ryone did; she cut out alcohol; and carried out regular exer-
cise by way of cycling and walking, plus working a heavy
mangle to help dry out clothing after hand washing - which
poor people had no alternative but to carry out - is a form of
exercise very good for heart health.
My aunt’s much younger sister - my mother - suf-
fered a disabling stroke at the age of 47 and died from a
second stroke at just 50. Both sisters had an identical ge-
netic background, experienced equally stressed lives, and
survived the deep trauma of two World Wars and poverty
brought on by the bombing of the family business, and death
and illness of male breadwinners as a result of those wars.
But of all the sisters and their husbands and some of their
children, my eldest aunt outlived almost all..
The same family gene pool had such different health
outcomes utilising lifestyle factors alone, it focused my
mind.
With the loss of my father when I was just twelve -
from lifestyle factors such as smoking, which exacerbated
his respiratory illness caused through being sunk in the ice
cold water of the North Sea, during military service as a
31
teenager in World War One - followed by my mother’s ini-
tial stroke and then her death from her second, whilst I was
in my teens, made me determined not to leave my own in-
tended children parentless at some future time. That rather
dramatic scenario gave birth to fifty plus years of study con-
cerning the work of a multitude of experts in the fields of
nutrition and alternative medicine, and the practice of their
findings on myself.
As a teenager, ego and vanity also stepped in, as I added
resistance exercises to look more like the sword-and-san-
dals movie star heroes at the time - body-builders such as
Steve Reeves. During this period in time there was little
clinical evidence being conducted as to what would help
people stay younger and engender better health. In fact, the
world was starting to embrace everything processed, artifi-
cial and manufactured, and I was called a ‘crank’ by mem-
bers of my own generation. Not long after, the first chain of
health food restaurants opened in England and was called
‘Cranks’. I did not realise I was at the spearhead of a ‘move-
ment’ towards a more holistic lifestyle, when the world was
embracing the reverse.
As lifestyle diseases due to people adopting every-
thing processed, manufactured and non-holistic are now the
biggest killers of humankind and the very planet itself, begs
the question as to who was the crank?

BIG FOOD’S SUBTLE HEALTH DESTROYING

SCAM

But in my middle age I became complacent and started to

forget some of the rather dramatic health lessons from my
family’s past, relying more on the allopathic medical estab-
32
lishment.
In addition, Big Food was starting to slip hydrogen-
ated trans-fat into many traditional foods and create new
ones. For instance, their advertising told us that their
supernew branded margarines were terrific for our health
and that butter was not. In reality, their margarines were a
toxic concoction of hydrogenated trans-fat - just one chemi-
cal away from being plastic - whereas butter is and always
has been a really healthy food. Big Food’s advertising and
PR campaigns told us the opposite.
I have always read labels, and as no adverse publicity
was available at the time about trans-fat, when I read ‘hydro-
genated vegetable oil’ on the label of Fox’s long established
premium biscuits, being a vegetable source, that seemed
OK to me. So I continued to eat what until then had been a
quality product made in a traditional way, little realising that
the new ‘hydrogenated vegetable fat ’ ingredient was slowly
destroying my health and preventing me absorbing the healthy
fats I was eating. Fox Biscuits have now removed that awful
man-made synthetic ingredient from their products, but in
ignorance I ate the stuff for a long time during my middle
age.
The same went for a hundred year old health product,
Horlicks Malted Milk. The label said ‘Traditional Recipe’.
But that was a lie, as they had removed a healthy fat and
substituted ‘hydrogenated’ trans-fat. The whey, barley, milk
and other good ingredients had been sabotaged by the change
from good fat to very bad trans-fat. There I was drinking my
Horlicks each night thinking I was getting the same healthy
‘traditional recipe’ since childhood, but the altered recipe
was helping destroy my health with an ingredient known to
be deadly. Horlicks has now removed trans-fat from their
33
‘traditional recipe’ that was actually not. But I ate the damn
stuff for decades. Why aren’t these people in jail?
Add the fact that many baby formulas and some malted
milk products have now been found to contain melamine
(plastic), suggests that Big Food cannot be trusted to en-
sure the safety of the ingredients in the foods they manu-
facture. I now prepare and cook my own foods and avoid
anything processed.
Big Food has known for decades that trans-fat could
damage our health, yet failed to remove it from their food
products until the press exposed that fact to the general pub-
lic. Killing people for profit. Again, why aren’t these people
in jail?
For my middle aged complacency plus the three card
trick played by Big Food on myself and the public at large -
replacing healthy ingredients in long established premium
products with health-destroying trans-fat - I was punished
severely.
And Big Food is still doing it with their hydrogenated
vegetable fats and oils. Once a Premium Brand known for
quality products, Birds’s Custard has changed its ingredi-
ents from when I as a youngster loved their vanilla custard
dessert. Nowadays it has no vanilla and sugar is the largest
ingredient, so it’s easy to see how kids and adults are so
obese these days. Add starch (almost certainly all or par-
tially GMO sourced), chemical flavourings, plus health de-
stroying hydrogenated vegetable oil (trans-fat), and the mod-
ern day ingredients in Bird’s custard make it not remotely a
premium product that is highly nutritious and good for your
health, but just another dead food liable over time to dam-
age your health. The same goes for Bird’s trifles and other
dessert products, which are full of sugar, chemical sweet-
34
eners, flavourings, emulsifiers, and that wonderful shelf life
extender but nutrient destroyer, hydrogenated vegetable oil.
Bird’s trifles even have saccharin as part of the sweetening
content.
But many other brands in Big Food’s roster contain
similar, health injuring ingredients. Schwartz Hollandaise
Sauce and other sauces in their UK range, invariably con-
tain E-numbers and hydrogenated vegetable fats or oils. Al-
ways read labels.
Hydrogenated oils (trans-fat) has been widely de-
scribed as evil. It damages the lining of the heart, contrib-
utes to obesity, diabetes, cancer, raises cholesterol, and pre-
vents the absorption of the good fats you eat. It should have
been banned decades ago, as it blocks utilisation of essen-
tial fatty acids and impedes cell function.

THEYALMOST KILLED ME

‘Trans-fatty-acids’ are toxic entities that enter cell mem-

branes, block utilisation of essential fatty acids, and im-
pede cell function.
After a couple of decades eating the stuff disguised in
what until that time had been regarded as healthy foods, events
proved that my detox organs did not work so well any longer.
Daily consumption of trans-fat each without realising it, had
apparently damaged the way my body functioned, and I con-
tracted acute pancreatitis emanating from only moderate
consumption of alcohol over two nights. OK, one batch of
organic ale had gone off and become borderline poisoned.
This was made worse by an NHS hospital’s failure to
diagnose my complaint, whence they prescribed a drug
which in some cases can exacerbate the condition! They
35
came close to killing me, and I was lucky to survive with my
pancreas intact.
Having remained in the land of the living - no thanks
to the British NHS - my health was compromised on a daily
basis due to inadequate follow-up care. Why didn’t at least
one doctor within the British NHS tell me that enzymes are
required to help make the pancreas work again? This be-
came a decade of chronic pancreatitis and was almost cer-
tainly the cause of the growth of gallstones. Related to this
was a general lack of detox via these damaged organs, which
led to generally impaired health.
In turn, impaired immune function almost certainly
emanating from the aforementioned set of medical
negligences - plus the chemical sun screens we were ad-
vised to use by Big Pharma, which evidence now suggests
can actually contribute to cancer - combined to give me an
invasive kind of skin cancer and an increased risk of internal
cancers. I will never again believe any advertising claims
made by Big Pharma’s health care industry.
In the nineteen fifties, a group of biochemists and
medical doctors realised that surgery, chemotherapy and ra-
diotherapy were not working and more people were dying
from cancer. Removing or destroying the tumour did not
cure the disease, which meant that the tumour was not the
disease, but a symptom of the disease. It was found that the
body does have a natural defence against cancer, in that the
cancer cell is coated with a protein lining which prevents
the body’s normal defences from getting to the cancer cell,
and if you can dissolve the protein lining from around the
cancer cell, the body’s normal defences - our white blood
cells - would destroy the cancer. They found that pancreatic
enzymes dissolved this lining, and were the body’s first line
36
of defence.
Enzymes are predominately lacking in convenience
foods, and much reduced in food when it is cooked. I re-
peat: Why didn’t someone in the medical profession tell
me that enzymes were required to help make the pancreas
work again?
By trusting doctors to know what they were doing
rather than what they appear to actually do - blindly follow
drug company recommended routines to sell Big Pharma’s
products - drugs prescribed when I did ‘not’ actually have
hypertension, ultimately gave me that dangerous complaint
when I had to come off them due to adverse side effects! I
mean, with a blood pressure reading of just 137 over 100, I
was instantly put on a beta-blocker drug! ‘Disease monger-
ing’. Within weeks, I had a frightening reaction which felt
like I was having a heart attack. A decade later, it became
known that beta-blockers increase the risk of heart attacks.
Once more, I was lucky to survive. But we should not
have to rely on ‘luck’ in order to survive the attentions of the
allopathic medical community, and the British NHS in par-
ticular.
After that, every other prescribed drug made me worse,
and I ended up with blood pressure readings double what is
regarded as normal! Yes, double. 250 over 150 at times. If I
had also suffered from lifestyle related co-factors such as
high cholesterol, smoking, alcohol intake, being overweight
etc., I would have been dead ages ago. And I now know that
137 over 100 is ‘not’ a high blood pressure reading for a 58
year old - and that reading included ‘white coat syndrome’!
I never originally had hypertension at all!
Safe blood pressure readings regarded by traditional
medical opinion for a full century, have always been 100
37
plus your age. A 58 year old would not be regarded as having
hypertension until blood pressure went over 158. ‘One size
does not fit all’. But using traditional medical practise is not
good for Big Pharma’s profits.
All of the above placed me at risk of contracting type-
2 diabetes, and for the following decade I was borderline
regarding blood sugar readings for this quite separate killer
disease. “Thank you, Big Pharma and the allopathic medical
establishment!”
Then it got worse, when blood sugar fluctuations due
to inadequate (and undiagnosed) pancreatic function, linked
itself to fluctuating, ultra-high hypertension. Diabetes and
hypertension often become linked because fight-or-flight
creates high cortisol levels - which come into action to in-
crease blood pressure to help keep us alive when blood sugar
levels crash too low or shoot through the roof. That eventu-
ally ensures that cortisol levels remain permanently in fight-
or-flight mode, creating a high risk of heart attack or stroke.
The medics went into knee-jerk mode and instead of
investigating the cause - which was far from straight for-
ward, as described in the previous paragraphs - prescribed a
whole list of one size fits all blood pressure medications to
treat what was merely the symptom of a train of events which
the allopathic medical establishment had contributed to, and
I believe had actually caused
Eventually cancer arrived, which is connected to in-
adequate immune function. That is directly linked to im-
paired detox from the organs which carry out that function -
the pancreas, gall bladder and liver. These were the organs
which Big Food, Big Pharma and the allopathic medical com-
munity had compromised on my behalf!
That closely connected and ever developing series of
38
health disasters happened to an initially fit and healthy man.
Well I was fit and healthy, until I made the mistake of visit-
ing a British NHS hospital and my local GP, instead of seeking
out a traditional Chinese or Ayurvedic medical practitioner.
I believe my interconnecting series of medical disas-
ters were related to ‘magic bullet’ drugs that should never
have been prescribed in the first place - for more than one
complaint - and the allopathic medical establishment’s habit
of treating the symptom rather than fully ascertaining the
cause!
Dizziness or vertigo can sometimes be caused by
blood sugar crashes that border on diabetic coma. This symp-
tom can be an indication of an inflamed pancreas - particu-
larly if alcohol has recently been consumed. Left untreated,
this can lead to acute pancreatitis - a dangerous and poten-
tially life-threatening condition.
In regard to my initial dizziness/vertigo collapses,
treating the symptom with the drug Stemetil instead of tak-
ing full steps to ascertain the cause, actually helped give the
patient (myself) a complaint I never actually had - just symp-
toms of a complaint which could occur if the whole person
was not investigated and properly treated. This again sug-
gests that seeing an NHS doctor in the UK should carry a
government health warning.
Having obtained my patient records, I discovered that
no blood tests were taken on my first three collapses and
when eventually they were taken, the most relevant to my
symptoms was not taken, and those which were eventually
taken had warning stars that two blood levels were too high
- warning signs of pancreatitis - went unnoticed or were ig-
nored.
My NHS patient records confirmed that ‘no’ investi-
39
gations were carried out on either of the three occasions I
attended my local hospital in an ambulance. I was secretly
written up as having an ‘anxiety attack’ - twice. Again se-
cretly, on a third occasion I was an ‘attention seeker’. I don’t
know how an accurate diagnosis can be made for anyone,
when ‘no’ investigations are carried out! Or that “reassuring
advice” can ever cure what I actually had - pancreatitis!.
Needless to say, the harassed young doctor was not
qualified in psychiatry - or much else! Incidentally, I give
‘anxiety attacks’ rather than suffer from them.
If the British NHS had bothered to carry out basic
tests as the Swedish hospital I flew to did - when the instinct
that I was dying started to control my action - they would
have discovered exactly what the problem was: pancreatitis.
Instead, the UK hospital merely looked at me and decided I
was an ‘attention seeker’with ‘an anxiety attack’. That sounds
like a neurotic character from a Woodie Allan Movie.
A simple blood test would have told the NHS every-
thing. I was not suffering from ‘anxiety attack’, but acute
pancreatitis.
The Swedish hospital system is vastly superior to the
British NHS, and my life was saved as a direct result. I was
put on morphine (a natural pain killer obtained from the hum-
ble poppy) as soon as I entered the hospital on a trolley,
having collapsed in Sweden this time. Within minutes I was
on a drip for fluid intake, and had every test in the book
within hours. They made the correct diagnosis and I was
given treatment to prevent my pancreas eating itself - placed
on a four day fast.
A fast is as holistic a treatment as can be envisaged. It
was then that I realised why a regular detox is such a good
idea, as it rests the system and allows poisons to be elimi-
40
nated from the body before they can cause a major health
problem. Despite being in a high-tech hospital, in clever,
kind and efficient Sweden, my cure was holistic preventa-
tive medicine at its simplest and best. In my case, an instant
fast. They saved my life. But only because they fully ascer-
tained the cause of my symptoms - which the British NHS
hospital failed to do. Sweden also avoided giving me drugs.
The only treatment I needed from a British NHS hos-
pital on three separate occasions within a week, was a detox.
A fast, as simple as that. But Western hospitals do not prac-
tise simple stuff and the allopathic medical system does
not feel it has done anything unless some expensive ‘magic
bullet’ drug is prescribed.
In my case, the cause of my collapse in two shops and
once in the street, was an inflamed pancreas created by poi-
sonous alcohol consumed by a person (myself) who did not
usually drink alcohol. The initial symptom was blood sugar
fluctuations, which probably caused diabetic-type blood
sugar crashes and severe vertigo.
It was the cause of that vertigo - an inflamed pancreas
and blood sugar crashes - which needed addressing. Whereas
in an overworked, understaffed NHS hospital in England,
the symptom was treated (vertigo) with a drug and the cause
went unattended until it became a life-threatening illness:
acute pancreatitis. Not that I knew this at the time.
The Western and particularly the British NHS manner
of giving a quick drug fix to treat the symptom and getting
rid of the patient as quickly as possible, requires consider-
able amendment.
The Big Pharma and Big Government approach to
health in the West, is unhealthy. Literally and metaphori-
cally. It is so different to the approach to health care tradi-
41
tionally practised in the Orient, India and much of South
East Asia.
As this and preceding chapters have explained, I have
become aware of that failing because the allopathic medi-
cal establishment almost killed me on more than one occa-
sion, and only a dedicated search for holistic alternatives
has kept me alive.
This approach has also made me fitter and younger
looking than most of my contemporaries. I hope I am not
tempting fate, but thus far it has also reversed the various
killer diseases which had started to adversely effect my health
- which I believe the allopathic medical establishment and
products from Big Pharma and Big Food, actually gave me!
If my already extended life-span experience helps others,
never mind about my fate-tempting words.
There are many talented and dedicated people within
the medical profession in the West, but my experience of
the allopathic medical system has not been good. I and many
others, have found that Britain’s National Health system is
amongst the worst.
However, there are many individuals and centres of
excellence within the NHS providing quality care whilst
fighting against bureaucracy, failed government policies and
mismanagement. Their dedication against the odds deserves
better than what politicians and bureaucrats in various gov-
ernments, have generally given them.
Having investigated so many other alternatives - tra-
ditional Chinese, Thai and Ayurvedic medicine, as well as
ancient Shamic practises ranging from colour to crystal
therapy and almost everything in between - I have become
aware that there are superior therapies which can comple-
ment or even replace the allopathic medical system and Big
42
Pharma products and practises.
Their products and practises appear to be more aimed
at boosting profits than healing the patient, let alone help
prevent people becoming ill in the first place, through the
practise of preventative medicine. If illness is prevented,
there will be little need for drugs or expensive visits to see
the medical profession. Good for the general public, but
definitely not good for the allopathic medical profession,
Big Food or Big Pharma.
Fortunately, the band of maverick intellectuals which
tend to inhabit the research areas of medicine, continuously
seek ways to improve health and extend life. They also con-
tinuously strive to invent new and better diagnostic tech-
nology and procedures, which very much assists the aim of
good health and life extension.
The result is that some great developments are taking
place which could eventually lead to us being able to live
for ever. Holistic principles - which appear to be becoming
rediscovered - linked to the number crunching ability of com-
puters and high-tech developments, is probably the future
of medicine.
A combination of the best of East and West.

LIFESTYLE-BASED DISEASES

An obese person dies on average nine years earlier than

somebody of normal weight. A very obese person’s life is
cut short by an average of 13 years. They are also more
prone to suffer from type 2 diabetes, heart disease, can-
cer and stroke - which are associated with excess weight.

If evidence was required to confirm that lifestyle factors

43
such as diet and exercise are closely linked to failing health
and increased death rates, Thailand is a worrying example.
Since time began, Thailand’s cuisine has been one of
the most natural (non-processed) and best diets for health
and longevity. More often organic, it revolves around a high
intake of fruit and vegetables, brown rice, fish, spices and
herbs, with red meat and poultry used sparingly - mainly as a
garnish.
However, once Thai people started consuming junk
food and high levels of hydrogenated trans-fat - a killer in-
gredient which should be banned from all foods - plus re-
fined sugar, refined salt, bleached white flour and high
chemical levels via Western convenience food choices since
Big Food started promoting their generally unhealthy, highly
processed, supermarket packaged foods and fast food res-
taurants in Thailand during the last few decades, deaths from
stroke and particularly in women, have risen dramatically.
There is also the fact that Thailand used to be a mainly
rural economy and the majority worked on the land - using
traditional methods such as buffalo to plough the field. Work
in forests and the rice fields is physically demanding and
one does not have to join a health club to stay physically fit.
Since so many Thai people drifted from the countryside to
work in sedentary jobs in the cities, lack of physical activity
has further contributed to a less healthy Siam.
It is ironic that as the West gains a taste for healthier,
traditional Siamese cuisine with Thai restaurants opening
worldwide, many Thai people have adopted Western con-
venience foods and have been paying the price by way of
rising obesity and increasing levels of illness and death!
Exactly the same is happening in China, since starting
to adopt Western, highly processed convenience food prod-
44
ucts and junk food in fast food restaurants. The unfitness
toll which hydrogenated trans-fat containing foods (almost
every processed and fast food product) has created, is di-
rectly connected to epidemics of diabetes, heart disease and
cancer. As are bread and pastries made from bleached white
flour with its wholegrain fibre and nutrients removed. In-
creased pollution and reduced exercise since cars have in-
creasingly replaced the traditional bicycle, has added to the
epidemic of lifestyle based diseases in China.
But it is worse in the West, with the incidence of dia-
betes - mostly late-onset diabetes in adults and children -
rising much faster than in previous decades. The most strik-
ing change was the 76 percent increase in cases among
young adults. In the USA, diabetes is the seventh leading
cause of death, and is a major factor in stroke, kidney dis-
ease, high blood pressure, pancreatitis and even limb ampu-
tations. The prevalence amongst younger people is trou-
bling - because the longer someone has diabetes, the greater
the chances of related health complications and a reduced
life span.
The US based International Diabetics Institute, state
that by 2025 nearly 300 million people worldwide will have
diabetes. Millions currently die from complications caused
by diabetes.
In addition to the pain, suffering and decreased life
span which obesity and diabetes can engender, it can also be
economically devastating to a country. Healthy people con-
tribute much to the economy via their skills, whereas if tal-
ented professionals die early or retire because of sickness,
money invested in training is wasted and they become a fi-
nancial drain on health care services. Good health has ben-
efits way beyond the individual.
45
People with diabetes cannot process insulin - a hor-
mone that converts glucose into energy. Low and high blood
sugar levels can be manifested as giddiness, exhaustion, ex-
treme thirst, an increased need to pass urine, rapid heart-
beat, numbness or tingling in the mouth, blurred vision or
headaches. These can be the initial symptoms of late-onset
diabetes. They are also the symptoms of diabetes-1, if not
controlled by regular insulin injections.
Most diabetic patients eventually present complica-
tions that are largely related to damaged blood vessels and
nerve cells caused by increasingly high blood glucose lev-
els.
Complications can include retinopathy (eye problems
sometimes leading to blindness); nephropathy (kidney dis-
ease); diabetic neuropathy (a neurological condition that
frequently requires the amputation of a limb or part of a
limb); heart attack; stroke; sexual disfunction; frequent in-
fections; and dental problems.
The risk of complications and in fact suffering from
this ailment at all, can be considerably reduced by eating a
balanced diet high in fruit, vegetables, wholemeal grains and
fibre - preferably organic. Reducing sugar and fat intake is
also required. It’s that simple. Exercise on a regular basis is
also a must, as this helps the pancreas manufacture insulin
efficiently. Yes, it’s that simple.
Statistics from The Worldwide Watch Institute con-
firm that 61% of all American adults are overweight. A US
study predicted that 100% of the American population would
be overweight or obese within 40 years. Diabetes levels are
greatly increasing in tandem with the obesity health prob-
lem. ‘The fattest nation in the world’, rather than ‘the great-
est’, is how the USA will soon have to describe itself. Not
46
very flattering, but the nation is bringing it upon itself.
But the rest of the world is little better, with 60% obese
people in Australia; 54% in Russia; and 51% in the UK. In
Germany, 50% of the adult population are overweight. Only
36% in Brazil. These figures are growing - in every sense.
Occurrences of heart disease, breast and colon cancer, ar-
thritis, diabetes and stroke are proportionally higher in over-
weight people and they dramatically reduce their life span.
Just as bad, during their reduced span on the planet, the
quality of their life is painful and very poor.
A junk food diet low in fruit and vegetables is a major
contributory factor to obesity. Hydrogenated fats in particu-
lar, are a killer. They should be permanently banned for hu-
man and animal consumption as they are only there to in-
crease the shelf life of foods. Big Food is killing us for
profit!
Paul Stitt, author of the book Beating the Food Gi-
ants, claims that to increase profits, Big Food has deliber-
ately set out to get consumers to overeat. With a Degree in
Biochemistry, he learned that appetite stimulants were in
snack food to encourage consumers to eat more. He claims
that Oreo Cookies have ‘23 different appetite stimulants,
along with 11 artificial colours’. The primary purpose of
artificial sweeteners, he claims, is not to make foods sweeter,
but to get people to eat more of them. He also maintains
that most food processing strips nutrients from food, leav-
ing the body unsatisfied and causing us to eat more. “Big
Food are abusing children in not providing food with ad-
equate nutrients. If you look at the ingredients in Chicken
McNuggets, it’s a chemical conglomeration with a little
chicken added. When I was a kid, when my mother served
me chicken, it was all chicken. No one has a right to entice
47
people to eat food that’s bad for them.”
So Paul Stitt started his own company, Natural Ovens,
to supply foods that provided natural foods high in nutri-
ents, rather than highly processed foods loaded with sugar
and chemically-derived taste-addictive ingredients. His suc-
cess allowed him to create a non-profit Nutritional Resource
Foundation to supply foods that improve brain function to
schools.
The lunch programme caught the eye of filmmaker
Morgan Spurlock, who made the movie Super Size Me based
on what he felt like when he ate all his meals at McDonald’s
restaurants for 30 days in a row. The previously fit and healthy
Spurlock gained 25 pounds, and his cholesterol and liver
profiles became so unhealthy that his doctors begged him
to stop the experiment.
Add a lack of exercise, and you have a major increase
in the risk of suffering from diabetes, stroke or heart attack.
Add smoking and/or residence in a polluted environment to
a junk food diet, low levels of fruit and vegetables, and an
individual moves into the high risk group liable to suffer
from cancer.
Micronutrient supplements (vitamins, minerals, amino
acids and enzymes, but from wholefood sources, not Big
Pharmas’ chemically concocted substances), added to a veg-
etarian or near vegetarian diet - using poultry or fish as a
garnish, as they traditionally do in Asia and the Orient - plus
lots of fruit, vegetables and nuts, is a dietary lifestyle quite
easy to accomplish. Tastes better than junk and convenience
foods, too. Yes, it’s that simple.
The more developed a country, the more cancer oc-
curs. This is because most cancers are primarily the result
of lifestyle factors that we have made as nations and as indi-
48
viduals, to our chemical-ridden, much polluted environment.
What we eat, drink and breathe. According to one of Brit-
ain’s top medical scientists, 90% of all cancers are caused
by environmental factors and the most conservative experts
say at least 75% of cancers are associated with environ-
mental and lifestyle factors.
Pesticides, herbicides and chemical fertilisers used
by farmers cause us to ingest toxins with the food we eat.
Unless you eat organic, most foods contain traces of pesti-
cides. In fact, the amount of fruit and vegetables consumed
by the average person in a year has the equivalent of up to
one gallon of pesticides sprayed on it. In the U.K. some
vegetable crops may receive an average of up to 9 pesticide
sprays, soft fruit up to 10, and apples up to 24 treatments.
Buy organic or grow your own in food boxes.
The purpose of 80% of antibiotics used on animals is
not to treat sickness but to promote growth, and we ingest
these antibiotics in our meat and milk. Yet again, Big Food
killing us for profit. Growth hormones and oestrogen are
given to cattle to fatten them and tenderise their meat. Ex-
cessive oestrogen levels have been linked to certain can-
cers, and hormone disrupting chemicals are having a funda-
mental effect on the reproductive system and immune sys-
tem in wildlife and humans. Cut out milk (other than raw
milk, which is very difficult to obtain) and cut out red meat
entirely. Go vegetarian and buy organic everything. Also,
raise free range chickens and eggs in your garden if you are
lucky enough to have one - just as our parents did in World
War Two.
What causes a breakdown in our defence mechanism?
For a start, insufficient pancreatic enzymes in the blood
stream to positively act with the body’s immune system.
49
The body’s failure to provide sufficient pancreatic
enzymes could be due to age or hereditary factors; the pan-
creas may be weak; following surgery or radiation if there
is scar tissue around the cancer, which can inhibit the circu-
lation and prevent enzymes from reaching it; the rate of can-
cer growth is so high that pancreatic enzymes can’t keep up
with it; the kinds of foods we eat may use up the pancreatic
enzymes in the digestive process leaving very little in the
blood stream. Animal protein in particular uses up large quan-
tities of pancreatic enzymes, which are destroyed by cook-
ing. So if we are not eating raw fruit and uncooked vegeta-
bles/salads in our diet, we will not be ingesting an adequate
level of enzymes.
To improve the amount of enzymes in our body we
can eat more raw fruit and vegetables - and especially those
known to contain pancreatic (digestive) enzymes, such as
pineapple and papaya (pawpaw). Sprouted seeds are not only
a good source of vitamin B17, but one of the best sources
of digestive enzymes. Digestive enzymes supplements are
also available. But find those containing Aspergillus oryzae,
which is a fungus used for thousand of years in Japan to
ferment rice wine. Most enzyme supplements are made
from pig guts, so locate Combizyn enzymes in the ‘green’
packet from Medinova, a German company. Avoid their
brown packet, which contains enzymes from animal innards.
Boosting a weak immune system as part of the first
line of defence against ill health and disease is essential,
and the immune system depends on a whole host of nutri-
ents. So it makes sense to use vitamins and nutritional sup-
plements from wholefood sources, and to eat foods high in
antioxidants, amino acids and enzymes.
Exercise and a positive attitude also boost the immune
50
system. Yes, lifestyle factors are the key to staying healthy
and young.
But there is more, as certain alternative therapies which
the medical establishment is likely ‘not’ to tell you about,
or rubbish if you mention them, can help you take more
control of your health and increase your life span. Some of
these therapies are ancient, but when linked to number
crunching computers, have become almost science fiction
regarding their concept and effectiveness.

YOUR NEW DIRECTION

What to do if you already have one of the modern day killer

diseases, or have first symptoms of what could develop into
one?
The first step is to reappraise your lifestyle to date
and work out what you have been doing or should not have
been doing, that has contributed to your current condition.
After ruthlessly carrying out this honest self-appraisal, dis-
cipline yourself into cutting out what you should not have
been doing and start to carry out what you know you should.
The first action in commencing a journey around the world,
is to take just one pace.
It is obvious that a mind and body which has been
looked after via intelligent diet, physical activity and a sen-
sible lifestyle will be far less prone to contracting illness
and disease in the first place. It also stands to reason that if
you have failed to conduct your past lifestyle in that mode,
as soon as you start to do so it will enhance your chances of
taking back your life, and provide the best chance of beating
whatever ailment you have contracted, and/or making it less
likely you will suffer from anything bad in the future.
51
Diet and exercise are obviously the first components
to implement in your campaign to take your life back. But
these are just the start, as there are many holistic therapies
for mind and body ranging from herbs to meditation, plus a
host of ancient wisdoms and natural cures which are being
updated and made scientific due to the number crunching
capability of computers.
Most have been proven to work but do not attract Big
Pharma’s interest - probably because they cost so little,
whence no profit can be made from the public. Many can
also not be patented. Business ethics are so thin on the
ground in today’s world.
Some people will have nothing to lose and all to gain,
perhaps due to their illness having been diagnosed late in
the day and being in its last stages. However, some of the
therapies in this book can help ease pain, and there have
been many instances where an immune system has been kick-
started back into fighting-fit mode by some cathartic addi-
tion to treatment that acts as a natural catalyst, with the dis-
ease going into relapse and the patient surviving.
As proven by multi Nobel Prizewinner Dr. Otto War-
burg, many diseases named by allopathic medicine are but
symptoms of one underlying cause: hypoxia. Hypoxia is oxy-
gen starvation at cellular level. This is the cause of degen-
erative diseases such as diabetes, cancer, rheumatoid arthri-
tis, atherosclerosis, multiple sclerosis, and premature age-
ing.
Prevention is better than cure, and I wish I had pos-
sessed the information in this book and been practising it
‘before’ my health problems occurred, whence they may
never have happened.
However, after allowing the British NHS more than
52
one shot at bumping me off, I took charge of my own health
and sought superior standards of care elsewhere - using a
preventative medicine approach by way of regular tests in
private hospitals in countries such as Thailand and Singa-
pore. Armed with medical information from quality private
hospitals at affordable prices - and courtesy, often thin on
the ground in state run Western hospitals - I was able to
ascertain any adverse changes to my health and treat them
early with holistic therapies and lifestyle factors.
My regular health checks supply computer read-outs
detailing every aspect of my body. They confirm that my
lifestyle changes have worked. All this is independently on
record.
The wisdom behind each food or therapy in this holis-
tic mini-guide may be ancient, but none of it is speculation
because in our world of education and mass media, each
and every one has at least some and often a lot of scientific
evidence to confirm the efficacy.
This holistic mini-guide to one specific ailment, aims
to provide the reader with an instant insight into some of the
wisdom of the ages, which Big Pharma, Big Food and the
allopathic medical community may prefer you did not have!
