As we can see from the above data (where N=20, n is no of total respondents) our p<.05 so we
reject the null hypothesis in favor of alternate hypothesis, i.e. Delivery of handset is the major
problem among the retailers.

As we can see from the above data (where N=20, n is no of total respondents) our p>.05 so we
reject the null hypothesis in favor of alternate hypothesis, i.e High margin is the incentive for
selling samsung

As per the survey conducted from the 20 retailers 50% of the retailers sell SAMSUNG phones
the most. The reason for this is that Samsung is a well known brand among consumers and it has
a very wide range of product. The products start from a very low price and go up to the high
priced products. The retailers find selling Samsung phones very profitable to sell as it has a good
margin and is easily sold.

As per the survey conducted 12 retailers have said to recieve a solution to the problem within 10
days and 6 of them had said that they recieved the solution between 10-20days and 2 retailers did
not receive a solution at all.
When asked about the margin they recieve on selling the samsung phone most of the retailers
had a very good margin of 5-10% on selling high end samsung phone and some retailers get 05% because they sell low end samsung phone
