Nakshatra medicine:

Nakshatras/ birth stars play a very important role in a persons life literally dictating it. It
determines the persons talents, strengths and his reaction to external stimuli as well as his health.
The nakshatra related plants emit a similar aura to that of the person and fulfil his deficiencies.
We have prepared medicines based on the nakshatra and are being tested now. These medicines
can be used as an invigorating tonic for any person born in that particular nakshatra. More over
they act as stress relievers, fortify the immunity system and helps the person to cope with the
situations in a better way.

Vedic ecology:

Due to the recent increase in pollution, our environment has degraded

to a great level. There are many plants mentioned in the Vedas for the improvement of our
environment. They not only mention the plants in an ecological perspective but also for the
personal development of the people. A number of plants and plantation procedures have been
mentioned for the benefit of mankind and for the improvement of the health of people. We have
been conducting research for the past 10 years regarding the plants with particular reference to
those mentioned in the Vedas. In the olden days it was a norm to have these plantations in
temples. And also in every village. So, our association has set to revive this tradition.
Simultaneously we have decided to start a project involving growing of important divine trees
mentioned in Vedas and Shastras. We propose to prove their efficacy in treating various ailments.
We have all the plants required in accordance with vastu and plantation structures mentioned in
the Vedas. The great rishis of our country had a lot of foresight. They had always thought of
development of human beings namely physical, mental, social and spiritual. But having been
under foreign rule for a long period, we have not only ignored the valuable tenets of our
traditions and culture, but also have unfortunately imported and imitated most unhealthy
methods of living, jeopardizing our health and happiness. On account of this today, we are
exposed to various diseases in addition to our spiritual down fall. Therefore, it is essential that
we should revive the pristine glory of our famous culture, which assures community prosperity
along with individual happiness. It has been clearly mentioned in our ancient literature as to
how a person will be benefited by inhaling air from a particular tree, or by sitting under a
particular tree or planting it in front or behind his house. In olden days, in villages, trees like
Raavi, Juvvi, Marri, Medi and Mango (panchavata and other divine plants), were planted near
temples, panchyats and people used to offer holy prayers around them. They used the leaves,
flowers & fruits of these trees in prayers. Only now, after science has progressed we are realizing
the significance of our ancients ways of living.

Amritavarshini:

The Amritha Varshini is ahealing & research center proposed to be

Vedic plantations:
A part of VEDIC ECOLOGY- subject providing a scientific approach to our VEDAS and our
cultural practices.
The influence of plants on the environment and on Humans is studied.
A lot of plants have been mentioned in the Vedas representing Gods.
By having the trees around us, we can have the same benefits as praying the deity.
In mandapa (configuration structure), different plants radiations by the configurations also can
give a Holistic powerful radiation.
Different plantation systems have also been mentioned.

The following are the different possible structures for plantations in and around
temples and also in waste urban lands:
Nakshatra vanam
Raasi vanam
Navagraha vanam
Sarvatobadra mandalam
Panchayatanam
Yogini mandalam
Individual plantations like pancha pallavas, ashtamatrukas, ashtadikpalakas, devadundubulu,
etc.

NAKSHATRA VANAM:
Plants representing all the 27 nakshatras are planted in a systematic pattern.
The pattern depends on the angle of the earth movement on its axis.

Plantation done in two strips along the circle on the arcs or planted circular form.

Area required diameter = 273m

length of the arc = 112m
This is useful for people suffering from nakshatra doshas mainly.
This pattern allows building of homagunda and ashramas in that place to attain peace.
People with an unstable and troubled mindset can use this to meditate.

NAVAGRAHA VANAM:
The nine planets are represented in the plantation.
