1 INTRODUCTION QK-G025 module is an industrial grade product intended to provide remote control of DC motors or any DC powered devices. 2 PREPARING SIM CARD
All new SIM cards have to be registered with the network provider before they can be used, usually by calling the network provider or registering online please refer to the instructions supplied with your SIM card. After successfully registering the SIM card, ensure there is sufficient credit on the card for programming confirmation texts to be sent from QK-G025 QK module. The he PIN request should be disabled from the SIM card before inserting it into QK-G025 QK module. To check the PIN request status of your SIM card, place the card in an unlocked mobile phone, switch the phone on. If a call can be made without entering a PIN number, number then the PIN requestt is disabled. Lastly, please disable any voicemail that is set up on the SIM card and keep Caller ID function available. By now, the SIM card is now ready to use. It is recommended that if a pay as you go (PAYG) SIM card been used please choose to automatically Top-Up Up when the cards credit falls below a certain limit. Some of PAYG SIM cards will be de-activated activated by the network if not used to make an outgoing voice call or send an SMS text message within a specific period. To prevent this simply use set alive SIM message to avoid SIM card been de-activated. activated.

3.2
Power Connections
QK-G025 module can be powered by 12 to 24VDC. Connect a DC power supply from 12V (or above, up to 24V) to the power screw terminals. The red power LED will flash 1 second interval once system finish initialization. The blue network LED indicator will initially flash quickly quickly. Once logged onto o the network it will flash more slowly approximately once every 3 to 4 seconds.
3.3
Alarm function and Digital input connection
QK-G025 has two external monitoring/alarm input connectors. Various sensors can be connected to it, e.g., photocell receiver, obstacle obstacle detector, position sensitive detector, motion sensor, temperature/wind detector, carbon dioxide detector, water leak detector. In the case any of these connected sensor/detectors are triggered and send the low level signal (0V) to QK-G025, QK-G025 G025 willl disable the output of P1 and P2 immediately. There are two typical ways to connect the external alarm inputs to QK-G025 G025. External alarm device can be used as switches or a input source for INT1/INT2 of QK-G025 G025 module.

3.4
SIM card slot
The SIM card should be inserted into SIM card slot before applying the power. Most 3V SIM card can proper working with QK-G025 module. The registering can take up to few minutes after power up. Network LED flashes at 1Hz after registration completed.

Enclosure
IP56 Insulation Class 2 plastic enclosure, 115mm*90*40 external dimension is used for QK QKG025.

4 CONFIGURATION The following is required to configure QK-G025 QK for the first time using. --- Insert SIM card into controller box. box --- Power up and waiting for the blue LED LED flashing slowly. It normally takes about 1 to 2 minutes depends on the network situation. --- Send 888888 as SMS to QK--G025 G025 controller, if successfully, you should receive Thanks for using Quark-elec elec products. Your Main phone has been registered. --- If additional mobile terminals needed send BDn(mobile terminal number)F to QK QK-G025 controller. Up to 3 additional terminals can be configured. Operator can use the main terminal to register, delete and check additional SIM card numbers. The QK-G025 controller can verify the incoming numbers, if it is indexed in the registered SIM numbers, it will execute the actions. --- GK-G025 025 supports two working modes: Dead Man and Pulsed Time. When it working on Pulsed Time mode, the DC motor outputs active for a fixed setting time and then stop. While working on Dead Man an mode, it will keep the active status until hang up. Each mode, QK-G025 G025 can be set on three different polarity ways, corresponding to three different running directions of DC motor: --- clockwise way --- Anti-clockwise way --- Alternating direction way. --- If the module was set to work on Pulsed Time ime mode, please ensure the working time has been set. By now, QK-G025 G025 is ready for using. Details about the SMS command and response SMS can be found in the next section.
5 COMMAND AND RESPONSE SMS
Remember that all SMS text commands must always be sent using CAPITAL LETTERS. DO NOT add spaces or any other characters in the SMS. Function

QK-G025 G025 is working in xx (xx means one of the six modes which has been setup.
Monitoring/Alarm Input QK-G025 has two digital input ports. It can be used to monitor the external signals. These input ports accept 0V to 5V voltage level. In the case any of the input voltage level below 1.0V, the DC motor output will be disabled.
