DO WHAT THOU WILT SHALL BE THE WHOLE OF THE LAW.

As I search for a point of departure, replaying events and experiences and

conversations and readings from my short Masonic history, I’m remembering
that the spiritual decline, the cheapening of the Ceremonies, Rituals, and
Symbols into the commonest of interpretations, mere formalities leading up-
to carnal (but not unnecessary) festive boards, began (excuse me while I
understate) before my time. When the first Grand Lodge of the recorded era
was founded in London, e.v. 1717, the dominance of the social aspects of
the Fraternity had already begun. I am certain that, when so many kings and
nobles took the Oaths, their dues outweighed any real Masonic Knowledge
they may or may not (emphasis on NOT) have had, along with any real
Ceremonial or other Spiritual successes they may or may not have had.
Their choice of taverns and pubs as Lodge Rooms didn’t help the furtherance
of Self-growth, and certainly downgraded the quality of the Work. While the
Craft does still help Us in maintenance of momentum in the Social and
Political half of Our Effort toward the New World Order, it is the most
needful half, the Spiritual half, the Initiatory half that is nigh unto missing.
That the Ceremonies and Lectures and Symbols have come down to us in
any kind of intelligible and useful condition is a Jewel in the Crown of the
True Founders and Fathers of FreeMasonry, Whomever They may Be. As
shallow, unthinking, unworthy men used Masonry as purely social, repeating
the Words and Motions as mere formality, the Truth veiled therein waited
and waits for Men Who are Worthy and Willing and Zealous to uncover for
ThemSelves and, eventually, for others, the hidden Wisdom, the Lost Word.
For now, the True Fraternity groans for the Day when the Light ressurrects
this Giant Hibernating Sanctuary; while the Disgusting Corpse of Xianity lies
heavily, grafted where it does not belong, choking and weakening the Craft,
but unable to kill It!!!

Presently, Masonry is experiencing dwindling enrollment. Men have other

occupations. Many Masons are worried we are seeing the beginning of the
end. But I believe Masonry has yet to see Her Finest Hours. In the 1830’s,
owing to the “Morgan Affair” (In short—a disgruntled Mason, Morgan,
disappeared. Masons said he was escorted to Canada. Others said he’d
been murdered by Brethren. The profane court found no Masonic wrong-
doing.), there was a political party formed, called “The Anti-Masonic Party;”
Lodges closed by the thousands. In time, the Fraternity went on to be larger
and stronger than ever. In view of that, the Craft has a good chance of
survival. Here, in Indy, two brand new Lodge buildings have recently been
erected. Our Freemason’s Hall is newly restored. Our Scottish Rite
Cathedral, the greatest Scottish Rite facility, arguably the greatest Edifice of
Masonry, in the World, an Officially listed National Historic Site, a Priceless
Jewel, is continually updated. Despite Xian persecution (I was a “victim”
myself—THANK HORUS for Freedom), our Charities are gaining exposure,
and community groups are renting our spaces for their events, spreading
awareness of Our Value to the Cause of Human Evolution and Brotherhood.
In Central Jersey, a brand new Scottish Rite Cathedral was finished this year.
So complete extinction seems unlikely.

HOWEVER...
The VAST majority of Master Masons, so called, are only so in name, either
Spiritually Oblivious or addicted to the Great Sorcery. It is true that, as
Albert Pike indicates in “Morals and Dogma...,” the Truth is veiled, leaving
the subtle Meanings to the Attentive and Worthy. But, claiming to make
Masters, the Leadership should do more to, at least, hint strongly at the
Deeper Interpretations. The timidity and fear bred by the persecuting
profane Xian establishment is more sickening and degrading each passing
day. Added to the ASSinine cut-&-paste Xianizing of the Rituals and
Symbols, well... It makes one want to cry. The Point within the Circle,
bordered by two Parallel Lines, has been saddled on top by the Bible; so
now they explain that the Point is the Mason, the Circle his Proper Bounds of
Conduct, the Lines THE TWO SAINTS JOHN. This does quietly allude to the
Truth. There’s NO mention of the Vile X. But now, the Time has come long
ago, to reveal the Right Light contained in the Symbols, to Work the Magick
that was intended to take place in the Beautiful Blue Craft Lodge, to begin a
Path of Evolution, BACK to the Future. An immediate product would be
painful struggle; but the vast majority of Brethren AND those yet to join
would recognize and joyfully embrace the Beautiful Freedom of Pure
Religion.

As an example of the Flurry to grab new dues-payers:

To admit men who have no inclination to think, learn, Work Spiritually, the
Craft in many parts of the U.S.A. have begun holding One-Day Classes. In
the past, all a man had to do to be vested with the Third Degree, the Sublime
Degree of a Master Mason, was to be led through the ghosts of once-Great
Ceremonies and memorize some chatechistical Orations, over a period of
three months... easy enough. Now, forget Toiling for the Honor. Sit with
hundreds of Candidates from around the State, watch an Exemplar go
through the motions, you recite the Oaths... VOILA!!! You’re a Master
Mason, “ready” to join the Scottish Rite and the Shrine for party-time--just
don’t forget your Dues! Don’t misunderstand. I Love the Craft. I Love the
Scottish Rite. I plan to join the Shrine. I highly recommend it to all
Kindred. And all the Bodies need financing from members. Indy is the
largest Scottish Rite Valley in the World. Indy is the largest Shrine Divan in
the World. I’m also proud of those things. But the Primary Work, the
Spiritual Work, MUST resume. That’s up to Thelemites to Infuse. We hold
the Sturdiest Keys to the Hidden Ignition of the Monstrous Masonic Machine.
I urge Us All to help claim the Heritage that is Rightfully OURS. Masonry’s
Founders deserve the Best Efforts of the Occult Community in general,
Thelemites specifically, as the Children of the New Aeon, to make certain
Our Efforts, or their lack, are not what lets FreeMasonry die. Our Lord
Therion knew and validated that there is Something to be saved in Masonry.
He was a 33º Scottish Rite Mason. He used an O.T.O.--which, at that time,
was a Regular Masonic Body--as His Vehicle. But, He also had, by then,
learned the lessons I announce to The Order—going so far as to compare
Rosicrucian Masons to the Whited Sepulchres called Pharisees, allbeit with
Cups and Platters by substitution (Liber ABA, Part III, Ch. XII).

If You Will, Brothers... Join. Unite. Inspire. Revive.

On Women:
I am NOT of the mind that the Ban on Female Members should remain. To
do Complete Work, We NEED the Scarlet Whore. It is Beyond Essential.
Our (hypothetical) Influence can also change this!

If We can quicken the Sleeping Giant, begin to utilize the existing Machinery
of FreeMasonry, Our Unstoppable Advance will Accelerate exponentially.

In any case, may the True Beast 666 and the Scarlet Whore Live and Thrive
