Cancellation of booking should be done ten (10) days before the affair and should be put into writing
with a letter that would state that reservation has been cancelled. Cancellation is considered accepted
and valid upon issuance of a signed cancellation validation from us.
In case of cancellation in less than seven (7) days, fifty (50%) percent of total down payment shall be
charged against the group.
Final rescheduling, revisions, additions and/or deletions on the rooms should be advised at least seven
(7) days prior to the definite reservation date.
Rescheduling or transferring to other date can be made with the same package of reservation valid for
1 year only. If within a year if you were not able to reschedule it is considered void.
The final minimum guaranteed attendees should be received by Blue Coral Beach Resort Reservation
Office at least (5) days prior to date of reservation. Failure to inform us we will consider the no. of
attendees stated on the contract.
Blue Coral Beach Resort shall waive cancellation charges for reason of weather conditions, or other
fortuitous events or any reasons beyond the control of both parties (force majeure)

MEALS AND VENUE

Meals stubs are issued at the resort front desk. Each meal stub have a corresponding meals to be served
on a venue as herein specified
All other incidental orders shall be for the personal account of each guest to be settled immediately
upon order.
Venue for all the meals for OVERNIGHT shall be served at the resort restaurant.
Venue for all the meals for DAYTOUR shall be served at the beachfront. The Beach Resort Operation
Department reserves the right to change venue when necessary.
Leftover food will be charge according to the price of buffet meal. (per plate/head)
Strictly NO FOOD & DRINKS allowed inside the resort except Cake, Roasted Pig & Fruits

Bringing of firearms, other deadly weapon and prohibited drugs within the premises is strictly
prohibited. Firearms and deadly weapons must be turned over to Blue Coral Security Personnel and/or
to the Front desk.
The owner and operators of the resort shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss or damage to
guests property occurring in the resort premises brought about by guests acts or omission.
Guests will be liable to any damage occurred in the room/s and/or resort facilities. A written bill be
sent shortly after the damage is noticed and payment is expected promptly upon receipt.
Lost keys will be replaced at a cost of 600Php. And lost towels will be charged accordingly.
No fire pits in the sand.
An adult must accompany children at all times.
Protect our fragile beaches. Leave shells and corals where you find them.

FRONTDESK (Services starts at 7:00 am to 9:00 pm) Courteous and friendly attendants/staffs are ready to
accommodate your queries related to Blue Coral Beach Resort and provide needed assistance.
PARKING LOT Cars, suv etc. are free to use the parking space inside the resort. There will be
corresponding parking fees for buses, mini bus and coaster
RESTAURANT (Service starts at 7:00 am to 9:00 pm)
BAR (Service starts at 10:00 am to 10:00 pm)
SWIMMING POOL & BEACH (Swimming starts at 7:00 am to 10:00 pm)
RESORT AMENITIES (until 11pm ONLY)
Table Tennis, Billiards, Darts are available for all guests without additional fees but instead each set of
players can enjoy these amenities for one (1) hr. only so that all the guests may enjoy these amenities.
*The local Government of San Juan Batangas are charging Ecological fee of 20Php per pax.
