1. Well my name is surya narayana, have 3.7 yrs of Exp as a web sphere
administrator.
2. I completed my B.tech in 2010 from jntuk, after that I got an
opportunity to work for skillcap global it software solutions pvt.limited
and placed at client location CSC Hyderabad.
About my roles and responsibilities
3. I have experienced in installing MQ series on various environments like
Linux, AIX, and windows family
4. Implemented the Distribution Communication on various platforms.
5. And have created MQ Objects like Queue Managers, Remote Queues,
Local Queues and Queue Aliases.
6. Experience in configuring MQ Listeners, Channel initiators, Trigger
Monitors.
7. Good hands on triggering concept.
8. And I created DLQ, and took msgs from dlq using dlhandler.
9. I have good knowledge in FDC files and MQ log files.
10.
I worked on MQ clustering concepts.
11.
Experience in Recovering the Damaged objects of a queue
manager.
12.
Experienced in Backup of the MQ Objects and Messages.
13.
And I am experienced in providing permissions to application
people.

I have strong experience in MQSC commands.
Daily
Daily activities:

Daily when I enter into the office ,will login into my mail server(lotus
nodes)with my credentials ,then I will check the tickets, which are pending,
and I will Log into ticketing tool, check for unassigned tickets and get them
assigned Doing an active follow for the pending issues. And attending for the
scheduled meeting with the onsite people, for the discussion over the issues
raised on the day.
And every Monday there will be a client meeting for discussion over the
production changes and other incident issues.
And at the end of my shift I will put a mail about the status of tickets which
are pending and resolved on that day.
What is the recent issue that you have faced?
--> The channel going into retrying state due to indoubt situation. We have
to resolve the channel using command.
resolve channel(name) action(commit or back out)
if sender channel Current Logical unit of work identifier and receiver channel
last logical unit of work identifier are same them, we will commit the sender
channel else we will back out, and other issues is like, resetting the channel
for sequence mismatch issue

CRT 1: Response Time: 10 min, Resolution time: 20 min after that I will
send the issue to onsite people.
CRT 2: Response Time: 20 min, Resolution time: 24 hrs.
1) Why u did not change your company for 3 years and u
worked under contract?
Ans: Its a three years bond for me with my company and I am comfortable
with my company.
2) Why does u want to change company?
Ans: I have couple of reasons for that. I have been working with single
company for quite a long time for now and I want to change so that I will get
more technical exposure and of course a good package.
