Sponsorships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Sponsorship monies paid to AAPG may be deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses. They are not deductible as
contributions or gifts for U.S. federal income tax purposes.
The Sponsor encloses a deposit of 50% of the total commitment as summarized on page one with final full payment to be invoiced in
April 2015 unless otherwise noted by Sponsor or AAPG. Fulfillment cannot be guaranteed unless Sponsorship is fully paid.
The undersigned (Sponsor) hereby submits the signed agreement (Agreement) for Sponsorship at the AAPG/SEG International
Conference & Exhibition in Melbourne, Australia 13-16 September 2015.
This Agreement shall be binding upon its acceptance as set forth above.
Sponsors who are also exhibitors will receive a small desktop sign denoting sponsorship to display inside booth
Exclusive sponsorships will be given priority over co-sponsorships.
Some items/events may not be available if the full amount of sponsor dollars requested is not reached. In this case, the current
sponsors committed will be contacted with an opportunity to move contribution to another item/event.
Sponsors are required to submit an approved Company Logo in JPEG, GIF or TIFF format with the signed Agreement.
Specific deadlines must be met for acknowledgement in print materials.
Technical Program & Registration Announcement deadline: 12 March 2015
Program Book deadline: 31 July 2015
All advertising materials and copy must be submitted and approved by AAPG Show Management in advance.
Sponsor shall defend, indemnify, and hold AAPG/SEG harmless from all liability, costs, and damages relating to acts and omissions
of Sponsor and its employees, agents, and contractors associated with the Event.
If for any reason the Event is not held, AAPG may terminate this Agreement prior to the Event start date.
This Agreement contains the complete agreement of the parties, and all prior agreements, whether verbal or written will be null and
void.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, USA
(without regard to any conflict of laws principles). All actions arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be brought in
the Oklahoma District Court, Tulsa County, Oklahoma, USA which shall be the exclusive forum therefor. The parties hereto hereby
irrevocably submit to the person am jurisdiction and process of the Oklahoma District Court, Tulsa County, Oklahoma, United States
of America, and agree that service by certified mail to their addresses shall constitute sufficient service of process.
