VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
Applications are invited on the prescribed form for the under mentioned teaching and non teaching positions for Quaid-e-Awam
University of Engineering, Science & Technology, Nawabshah and Quaid-e-Awam University College of Engineering, Science &
Technology, Larkano (Constituent Engineering College) from the candidates who are domiciled in Sindh Province, so as to reach the
office of undersigned on or before 30.01.2015 during the office hours. Applications should include two latest photographs; bio-data,
attested Photostat copies of Certificates and names of two refrees. Application forms can be obtained from the office of Deputy
Registrar (Coord & Meetings) during the working hours against the payment of Rs.1000/-.through Bank Challan/DD (non refundable) as
processing fees. Application(s) can also be made on the Form downloaded from the University website: www.quest.edu.pk or on plain
paper by giving full C.V. and other details which must be accompanied with a Demand Draft of the amount as mentioned above in

Matriculation and three years (post matriculation) Diploma from college of
Technical / Polytechnic Institute with minimum 6 years experience in related field.

INSTRUCTIONS / FURTHER INFORMATION:

Candidates applying for the posts of Professors and Associate Professors need to submit four copies of their Research
Publications, properly binded.
Candidates who are already serving in Government/Semi-Government and Autonomous bodies should apply through proper
channel accompanied by NOC from the employer and such incumbents will be responsible for getting themselves relieved
properly from their departments. An advance copy of the application(s) may be sent, so as to reach within due date.
Maximum age limit is 45 years; relaxable in cases of Government/Semi Government employees in exceptional cases.
However, there shall be no relaxation for qualification, publications and experience.
Appointment on Tenure Track System will be made only for QUEST, Nawabshah.
Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council as Professional Engineer is mandatory, wherever necessary.
Candidates applying for more than one post should submit separate application form(s) along with bank draft/ challan with
necessary documents for each post. Candidates must clearly mention on the application form for the post and station
separately.
Incomplete applications i.e. without educational, professional, experience certificates, processing fee etc or applications
received after the specified date shall not be entertained.
The University reserves the right of cancellation of advertised post(s) partly or as a whole.
Only short listed candidates will be called for written test/interview.
Canvassing in any manner will disqualify the candidate.
No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the written test/interview.
