Manage multi-departmental operations of up to $20 million, 117,000 square feet with 100 personnel. Direct all
facets of store operations, management, staffing and training, merchandising, loss prevention, technology
integration, profit and loss, customer relations, scheduling, remodeling / property improvement projects and grand
openings. Key highlights:
Gerson Lehrman Group, Inc.: I am apart of a network of consultants, Physicians, Scientists, Engineers,
Attorneys, Market Researchers and other professionals. I am a member who can help clients understand
products, services, companies, issues in the retail industry.

Home Depot: Recruited to open new state of the art store in Ceres, CA. Responsible for all merchandising
functions for the store. Promoted in 2008 to Specialty Assistant in the new Riverbank Store. Responsible for all
install programs and Special order Department. As assistant manager I helped supervise over 120 associates
and all facets of the operation of the building.

Kmart: Achieved consistent increases in profitability despite corporation’s current reorganization. Recognized as
#16 of 100 stores in region with 11.6% increase in sales for 2001. Met provisions for store shrinkage level.
- Achieved consistent personnel productivity improvement receiving numerous performance awards.
- Received consistent store recognition for top sales and customer satisfaction levels in region.

Montgomery Wards: Increased total store sales 106.5% over planned sales in the fourth quarter (increases
under prior management averaged 2%).
- Store consistently received highest customer service awards throughout the region.

Pep Boys: Recruited to manage the opening of a new state-of-the-art store and twelve bay car care center.
Increased sales 24% in 1998 and 18% in 1999. Attained below company’s provision for invisible waste.
- Ranked among the top fifty stores in delivery sales for the entire company from 1999 to 2000.
