8. Candidate attraction
Candidates are attracted to Fircroft as we are an organisation with a reputation for
working with world class companies, with opportunities in high quality technical roles.
We currently work with a number of our clients on proactive marketing campaigns with the
aim of attracting the best candidates in the desired timeframe. We are at the forefront of
innovation in recruitment and have worked hard at developing techniques that mean
candidate attraction leads to candidate retention: getting hold of the right candidate and
making sure they come back to Fircroft as their first option when looking for a position.
We can implementa structured, co-ordinated and targeted Marketing Recruitment
Campaign utilising elements from the table below:
Fircrofts Candidate Attraction Methods

9. Innovative approach to recruitment

Mobile Site
Our innovative Mobile Site is designed to create a
number of benefits, including:

Enhanced availability to candidates across the

world

A streamlined, easy to navigate list of the latest

jobs

Improved interactivity and relationship between

Fircroft and the candidate through their
MyFircroft account

Page No. 11 |

Microsite
We have also developed a recruitment model based around the implementation of
microsites. A microsite is a mini website of between four and eight pages of content and
information with the capability to advertise numerous vacancies and the facility for
applying online for these roles.
Example Microsite:
We are currently managing several Microsite campaigns for other clients using different
Microsite models:
Dual Branded - Meaning both the client
brand and the Fircroft brand are utilised in
the promotion of the Microsite. We work
hard with the Marketing Departments of
our clients to ensure the client is happy
with how their brand is used and
promoted online.

Skills Branded - Looking specifically at

areas of expertise in demand.

Location branded - Looking at geographical campaigns for clients, for example, a

recruitment campaign Microsite for Power Engineers for a client project based in New
Caledonia.
The advantage of the Microsite approach means that clientshave their own 'one stop shop'
for their Recruitment Campaign online. This defined web presence means that the roles are
given more emphasis than they would otherwise have, when promoted through standard
methods or any job boards.
