for the right question. Dont

spend too much time on any one
question. If a question stumps
you, circle it in your test book
and move on. Go back to any
circled questions after you are
finished with your test.
The day you take your test
should be stress-free and as
calm as possible. Studies show
chewing mint gum or sucking
on mints will help keep you
calm while you are taking your
ACT. The night before you take
your test, make sure to go to bed
early. Getting enough sleep is
key to help you do well on your
ACT. Also eating a good breakfast will help you be well-prepared for your test. Your breakfast will help give you energy to
stay concentrated for your test.
The best breakfast to give you
energy is eggs.
While you take your test, you
want your mind to be focused
on the test and not worried
about other things. Make sure
you know how to get to the
testing location before the day
of the test. Also make sure to
dress in layers if it is cold. You
can always take off a jacket to
get comfortable. Bring a snack
and a bottle of water for the
break you will get during the
test. You will also need to bring
an approved calculator and #2
pencils. DO NOT FORGET
TO BRING YOUR PHOTO ID
AND ADMISSION TICKET.

each problem you miss. Identify which area you are the weakest in and study for that section.
More practice will help one be
better prepared for the test. According to www.livescience.

while studying will help you remember what you practiced.
Narrow your answer choices
down to two if you do not know

is a guess, answer all questions.
Unlike the SAT, you do not lose
a point for any missed questions on the ACT. On average,
students take more than one
ACT. It is in ones best interest

Make sure to read all of the
