Content management, deployment , analytics services and portal metrics generation. Triage of support tickets,
escalation to stakeholders, and working with stakeholders until ticket resolved.
Microsoft Windows servers (setup, maintenance, backup/restore, and patching) in a VMware virtualized
environment.
Windows 2008 PowerShell, Linux, SQL and Oracle Shell script programming.
Day-to-day 2nd level support of different Portal applications users via email or phone.
Planning and execution of scheduled changes and maintenance of related web applications.
Infrastructure test plan execution (e.g. unit, regression, stress, load, penetration).
Related asset library licenses (infrastructure, application, certificates) and annual renewals.
Researching and recommending software, hardware and applications tools to meet business objectives (improve
operational efficiencies, reduce costs, and provide high level of service availability)
Providing cross team support coverage for our client`s internal and external applications
Documenting Portal related systems and activities according to business requirements and industry standards
Performing other duties within the same domain as assigned by the Manager, Operations and Support.
