This Agreement contains the terms and conditions that apply to your purchase from the unitedhobbies entity named on the
invoice ("1hobby") that will be provided to you ("Customer") on orders for 1hobby's products and/or services and support.
Warranties: 1hobby will be obligated to honor any such warranties, only upon 1hobby's receipt of payment in full for the item
to be warranted. 1hobby disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including without limitation implied warranties of
"merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose". 1hobby's obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or
replacement, at 1hobby's option, of defective parts or goods. This warranty period lasts for the time indicated on Customer's
invoice and it begins on the date of the invoice. 1hobby reserves the right to modify its warranty at any time, in its sole
discretion.
Return Policy: Customer may be returned by 1hobby's RMA Policy in effect on the date of the invoice.
Replacement Policy: 1hobby may, in its sole discretion, replace products or portions of a product. Any replacement will be
made in accordance with 1hobby replacement policies in effect on the date of the replacement.
Changes and Cancellations: Orders accepted by 1hobby are not subject to change or cancellation by Customer except with
1hobby's written consent and upon payment of an appropriate charge to cover the cost or loss incurred by 1hobby which,
unless otherwise agreed to in writing, shall not be less than 30% of the price of the goods subject to the change or
cancellation.
Limitation of Liability: 1hobby is not liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience or damage, including direct, indirect,
special, incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages, that may result from the use or inability to use the product.
This limitation of liability applies both to products and services and support customer purchases under this agreement. Under
no circumstances shall 1hobby be liable for any loss, cost expense, inconvenience or damage exceeding the purchase price of
the product.
