This is for those who attempt to reach God by keeping His Commandments but overlook some finer points.

Exo 20:2-3:I am the LORD thy God, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of
the house of bondage.
Thou shalt have no other gods before me.

1 Co 8:6: But to us there is but one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we in him; and
one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we by him.

Joh.1:1-3: In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
The same was in the beginning with God.
All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.

Science is based on laws. Occurrences in nature are based on laws of nature. One of those laws,
states that all order in nature shall eventually go into disorder if left to itself. Another, that
every action has an equal and opposite reaction.
Therefore, particles ordered into the form of a bush shall turn into a chaotic mess of ashes, and the
lighting up of a perfectly standard bush shall eventually burn it down to the ground. Of course,
these laws were only put into statements during the past few hundred years – but their effect on
creation were visible for all to see from the day Adam and Eve had decided to question God's
wisdom concerning what is good and what is not.
So, with common archeology pointing back to a time when electricity was mainly found in lightning
bolts and electric rays and eels, it makes sense that Moses found a bush burning, but not
burning out, more than interesting. And therefore he goes closer, to inspect the occurrence.

Here is where God reveals Himself to Moses. And even out there, far from any temples or houses or
tents, He confirms His holiness first, before anything else:
Exo 3:5: And he said, Draw not nigh hither: put off thy shoes from off thy feet, for the place
whereon thou standest is holy ground.
God shall be found of those who diligently seek Him; but approach Him on His terms, not yours.

And then, when Moses approaches the Lord, before He sends Moses to Egypt to free Israel from
their oppression, He makes this statement:
Exo 3:8: … I am come down to deliver them out of the hand of the Egyptians, and to bring
them up out of that land unto a good land and a large, unto a land flowing with milk
and honey; unto the place of the Canaanites, and the Hittites, and the Amorites, and the
Perizzites, and the Hivites, and the Jebusites.

Common culture tells of Moses leading Israel out of Egypt; he was merely sent as God's messenger,
to proclaim God's wrath on those who oppress His people beyond the point of repentance. God
was the One who delivered Israel.

A quick note on the land which He had decided to give to Israel: God hates sin. And He shall
eventually turn His back on those who continually reject Him; even if it is only to let them
realise the folly of turning away from Him.
All nations now on earth, came from one man and one woman: Noah and his wife. From them
came three sons, who each took one wife before entering into the Ark. And when the Great
Flood was over, there were eight people to repopulate the world. And for those screaming
INCEST!: Where there is no law, there is no sin. The law on that only came when Moses gave
God's Law in the desert. Anyway, don't complain – without that, you wouldn't be here to
complain about it.
All nations came from three brothers and their wives. So all had an equal chance of knowing the
God who kept them alive. And all their children had an equal chance to know the God who had
kept their fathers alive, when the world and all life was destroyed.
And therefore, they were without excuse for going after other gods, gods their fathers did not know.
God is perfect love and God is perfect light; but He is also perfect wrath and perfect justice. He

shall always send people to warn their brethren against falling away – He shall even do
personal intervention if needed (read I dared to call Him Father, by Bilquis Sheikh) to warn
Mankind against going after other gods.

But Mankind knew better than God while in His garden, and they still know better than Him. And
if Israel, God's chosen people, were not above mocking and torturing and killing His servants, it
would be highly improbable that the generations from Noah's cursed son Ham would treat their
warnings any better.

Rom 2:14-15:For when the Gentiles, which have not the law, do by nature the things contained in
the law, these, having not the law, are a law unto themselves:
Which shew the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing
witness, and their thoughts the mean while accusing or else excusing one another;

And as God had eventually sent Assyria and Babylon to remove Israel and Judah from their land,
which He had given unto them; it would not be unbelievable that He would at one point decide
to remove the generations of the cursed son so the generations of the blessed son may take their
place.

God has no iniquity in Him. He does not take lives because He can; he removes that which kills
souls. And the nation that decides to reject God for other gods, is dead in its soul.

When Israel was at Mount Horeb, God gave His Law to Moses. And while Moses was still on the
mountain to receive the Law, Israel had already forsaken God for a calve of gold, gods of their
own making. And for that, those who had worshiped the beast were put to death or forced to
drink water with their god, ground to dust, mixed into it.

The First Commandment was not yet in the camp, and it was already rejected.

Fast forward a few thousand years, and Jesus Christ is found in the synagogue, reading from the
book of the prophet Isaiah:

Isa 61:1-2 &

Luk 4:18-19: The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel
to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the
captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised,
To preach the acceptable year of the Lord.

And the first response from Israel is to reject the Prophet proclaimed by Moses to come, for a
coming messiah of their own making. One who they are still waiting for.

Joh.1:1-3: In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
The same was in the beginning with God.
All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was
made.

Gen 1:1-3: In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the
deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.
And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.

1 Co 8:6: But to us there is but one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we in him; and
one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we by him.

To keep the First Commandment, one of the nine which the Lord Jesus clearly stated must be kept,
one must by necessity reject all other gods. But likewise, one shall of necessity need to accept

the Manhood of Jesus Christ, as well as His Godhood.

St. John, the Beloved Disciple, put it so clear that there is no middle ground left, when one reads it.
One either rejects the deity of the Lord Jesus, and therefore His eternal Kingship over the earth
when He returns; for what is born of the flesh, is flesh; what is born of the Spirit, is spirit. He
was born of both flesh and spirit:
Mat 1:18-20:Now the birth of Jesus Christ was on this wise: When as his mother Mary was
espoused to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child of the Holy
Ghost.
Then Joseph her husband, being a just man, and not willing to make her a publick
example, was minded to put her away privilege.
But while he thought on these things, behold, the angel of the Lord appeared unto
him in a dream, saying, Joseph, thou son of David, fear not to take unto thee Mary thy
wife: for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Ghost.

And three verses on:

Mat 1:23: Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his
name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.

And this goes hand in hand with the statement in 1 John 5 (which modern churches demand that
modern scripture translations leave out, in order to accommodate other religions which cannot
accept it):

1 Jn 5:7-8:For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy
Ghost: and these three are one.
And there are three that bear witness in earth, the Spirit, and the water, and the
blood: and these three agree in one.

Isa 45:23:I have sworn by myself, the word is gone out of my mouth in righteousness,
and shall not return, That unto me every knee shall bow, every tongue shall
swear.

Rom 14:11:For it is written, As I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and
every tongue shall confess to God.

Php 2:9-11:Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which
is above every name:
That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and
things in earth, and things under the earth;
And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory
of God the Father.

The only choice concerning keeping the First Commandment, is whether on not to keep it or not.
And the only way to keep it, is to accept that God is Father YHWH, Son Jesus and Holy Spirit.

The only other option, is to go for a god based on scripture, yet of one's own making.

He left no middle ground, He leaves no middle ground, and He shall not leave space open for other
gods to claim the glory and salvation He sent in Jesus Christ.
