Project Manager: Managing two significant IT Infrastructure projects for Grom client, Unilever. Two projects involved large manufacturing plant expansions along with IT expansions including the implementation
of the SAP EWM module. Project management work involved managing all aspects of the IT infrastructure
implementations including Wi-Fi upgrades and expansions, WAN expansions, IPT voice upgrades, LAN expansions and decommissioning of legacy equipment.

SAP Technology Applications Director: Manage and motivate Tartan Global Applications Team (including
SAP Basis Team). Ensure all builds for Tartan solution ($2B 5-year IT Global IT ERP implementation project) are realized from a technical SAP Basis perspective. Control and execute a $20M budget.

Project Lead for major technical project to divide SAP global landscape into two global landscapes with the following shared applications between them: BI, SCM, SRM, MDM, Portals,
BOBJ and SM. Each landscape had dedicated ECC, TM and PI (XI) systems. Project was
completed on time and under budget.

Laid foundation for global SAP landscape, then promoted to Manager level II overseeing all applications within newly created footprint.

Built SAP Basis team into a 75+ member organization of Cargill employees as well as Accenture,
