Experience:
Eleven years of Law Enforcement experience with The Baltimore City Police Department as a Police

Vice President of Operations:
He is responsible for the operations of each account. The V.P. and his staff of four
managers are available twenty four hours a day, seven days a week to meet the needs of
their client and to ensure proper performance from our Security Force. The V. P. of operations
is responsible for interviewing potential officers and approving them for the next level of the
selection process, the background investigation, to be followed by pre-employment training,
(two day course). After the successful completion of each of these levels, the V.P. of operations
will schedule the officer and ensure that each new officer is trained on the job by a qualified trained
assistant area manager or by the V.P. of operations himself.
The Vice President of Operations is a key member of the Transition Team, which coordinates
with new clients an determines their needs and post requirements. He also is responsible for the
continued operation of each assign account.
