Dear Parents,
It has come to my attention that there have been complaints about the bringing of
floorwax, detergent, bleach (Zonrox), rug, and gas in my class. There has also been a
hearsay that I have made pupils bring other than the things I mentioned above which I never
asked for.
In lieu with this, I would like to return all these classroom cleaning materials to you to
avoid any more complaints and stories.
If your son/daughter has failed to return one or all of the above mentioned cleaning
materials he/she has brought, there could be three possible reasons:
(1) the material might have been used in cleaning the classroom and/or C.R.
(2) it could also be that your child has insisted that his/her parent had no problems in
making them bring these materials to school, made no complaints at all, and
voluntarily gives them to help make the kids classroom a conducive environment for
learning;
(3) the child has insisted to leave the materials in the school either to help maintain the
cleanliness of their classroom or the child didnt just want to bring it home again.
If you insist that the materials be returned to you, please let me know so that I may
refund you of what you have spent for the materials. See the slip below to choose the form of
refund you desire.
If you have more concerns regarding this matter or any classroom matters, please see
me in person at the school campus at _______ this coming _______________________.
I hope that this matter will bring us together instead of tearing us apart as our teamwork
has of great significance in molding our kids to become better persons as they grow. I humbly
ask you to deal with matters like grown-ups do and talk things out assertively. There is no need
to address your problems to other people; the best way would be to raise your concern to the
very person involve to address it. Your sentiments would be listened to; so please feel free to
come.
