Services offer evolution

A new, chargeable Hardware Support service will be launched in Q4 2014 to support our Business
Partners. It allows them to replace their old and/or defective IP Touch or Digital Phones with their
equivalent 80x8/80x9 new generation phone (EMO - Economic Move service).

Commercial structure evolutions

Phased-out items will be removed from offers and quotation tools (ACTIS) in April 2015.

After April 2015, phased-out items will be orderable if in stock thru eBuy.

Replacement products have been announced in Partner eFlash EF_PHASEIN_C015_EN_090214 Premium

DeskPhone phase in.

Marketing/commercial programs

OmniPCX Enterprise Releases 10.1.1, 11.0 and beyond, OmniPCX Office RCE Release 8.x and beyond
and OpenTouch Release 1.3 and beyond support replacement products.

Transform SMB and MLE commercial programs are available for upgrading your SMB and MLE installed
base and for accelerating new, replacement product penetration.
