SYNOPSIS

This course discusses the concepts, theories and strategies of


human resource development (HRD) and the roles played by
those who are responsible for human resource development
programs and activities in an organization. Concepts related to
HRD are also covered. The discussion also focuses on policy,
practices, trends and issues of human resource development in
Malaysia.
(Kursus ini membincangkan tentang konsep, teori dan strategi,
pembangunan sumber manusia serta peranan yang dimainkan
oleh mereka yang bertanggung-jawab dalam program dan
aktiviti pembangunan sumber manusia dalam organisasi.
Perbincangan juga turut merangkumi polisi, amalan, tren, dan
isu pembangunan sumber manusia di Malaysia. )
