heavy equipment

Remanufacturing
Division of PT Sanggar Sarana Baja has
been estabilished,
as a modern engineering and servicing company in
Indonesia.

expansion facility in
Kariangau Balikpapan, and officially
start operation in

CALIBRATION ROOM
In order to control quality and to build
reliability into products, we pay particular
attention to cleanliness and details of calibration
measuring equipment. SSB reman is equipped
with some advance technology of calibration to
ensuring that our high standards are continually
achieved in line with the standard requirements.

CMM ROOM
The SSB Reman (SSBR) machine shop has undergone a heavy investment program over the years
to provide the best-equipped facility of its type in
the country.

METALLURGY LAB
Especial with a purpose to monitor the quality of
metal spray product, laboratory use metallurgical analysis equipments that capable to identify
deviation of metal spray process. Voids, oxides
trapped and un-melt particles are main deviation
in microanalysis of spray coating. This laboratory

also has ability analyze failure

by using microscope, stereoscope and micro hardness tester.

MACHINE SHOP
Machine Shop Area has function for reconditioning
process of drive train & hydraulic parts. This area has
sophisticated machine and computerized equipments
for turning, lathing, boring, straightening, honing, etc.

METAL SPRAY FACILITY

We applied two Metal Spray Technology such as
HVOF (High Velocity Oxygen Fuel) system and Wire
Arc System controlled by computerized machine and
robot to achieve high product quality consistently.

Salvaging process based on your specification (Honing,

Painting back to original color
