Total skin care

We have three eliminators to keep our body clean.


I. Lungs:
Two very important functions are done by lungs bring in oxygen and flush out
corbon dioxide. Clear lungs, nasal passages is very important for this organ to
keep a clean and healthy cells and blood.
Exercises, walking and pranayama, breathing exercises maintain lungs to work to
its maximum.
II. Large intestine and kidneys excretory function:
Large intestine flushes waste food to excrete and the kidneys excrete a variety of
waste products produced by metabolism into the urine removing wastes and
water from the blood.
1. Proper digestion and elimination are really, very important.
2. Spices like cumin, coriander and turmeric and rock salt can help keep you
healthy in maintaining proper metabolism.
3. One should have a proper bowel movement every day.
4. Some natural laxative are grapes, papaya and lots of vegetables and
roughage. Take citrus fruits like Mousambi, oranges and lemon with vitamin C will
definitely help.
5. Eating warm (cooked) foods enlivens the enzymes for easily and quickly
digesting food.
6. However, when food is overcooked, its life force becomes depleted.
7. Cooking with too much heavy oil can weaken the digestive fire.
8. Food is best eaten when cooked or steamed rather than uncooked; it is more
nutritive and building.
9. Not getting enough sleep or exercise, both can contribute to constipation and

III. Skin provided largest expanse of the body when taken care will provide
greatest health possible by removing toxins and waste and dead cells. Skin is
taken care all the three(lungs, kidneys and intestine) will be healthy.

depending upon ones diet, exercise, and the climate.
2. For some people Sensitivity towards cold, dryness, and the sun may exist.
3. For other allergies due to pollution may result into skin problems.
4. It is important to remember that it takes the body between 3 and 5 years to
adjust to good or bad eating habits and climate. It takes time for a toxic body to
be cleanses; new cells and tissues built; and a new way of life and health to
develop.
5. Stress and strain play a big role in skin health, invariably meditation, yoga and
sleep should be first taken care.
Remedies:
1. For natural remedies for healthy skin cumin seed powder mixed with a little
water to make a paste worn as a face mask is a very good treatment for acne.
2. For uneven pigmentation, apply a paste of basil or Tulasi leaves.
3. For wrinkles or dry skin, a mask made of fresh papaya and a little coconut oil

is great.
4. For sensitive skin, sandlewood powder can be mixed with milk and applied.
Each of these can be made fresh once a week and applied to the skin for around
30 minutes. For food summer round the corner avoid hot and spicy foods, take
coconut water , plenty water and fresh fruits and neem leaves to purify blood.

How to do?
Take a base oil, i prefer Almond Oil, Olive oil, Til oil , depending on the season.
Coconut oil cools the head very well. Mix few drops of Aroma herbal oils like rose,
jasmin , orange, lavender will give you great fragrance.
Warm the oil a bit and take time to apply the oil at leisure to the whole body from
head to toes.
While applying oil to the ear make sure you hold the edges of the ear and gently
slowly press the whole of the ear. For your surprise you will find soft pressing also
causes pain means there is some
organ linked to that place has some problem.
A japanese friend of mine makes us do this every day. This gentle massage to
the ear, neck and sole under the foot will clear many blocks and problems to
many organs. We can do this even when we are at work gently pull the ear lobes
great way to keep good health.
Circular motions over rounded areas such as your head or joints, and straight
strokes on straight areas such as your arms and legs, work best.

While applying oil to the fingers and toes do not forget to pull each of them
apart, press the flesh between the fingers and toes gently if painful do it
regularly till the pain subsides, a great help to remove blocks.

Wash using the herbal bodywash powders or chennadal powder, we used to
make Sunnipindi a mixture of many herbs along with chennadal powder, moong
dal powder. Mix little water and scrub the whole body and take a leisure bath.
Rest a lot after oil bath. It will make you fit for the whole week.
