Here is a person (C M - the name he uses for his third party form 'alias') who has not
been an Exetel customer since April 2007 making an allegation that is criminal libel.

If he would like to give his legal representative's details to us we will present him him with a
defamation claim.

Will "he" do that? Of course not.

He is simply a stupid little child using the anonymity of a web device to attempt to defame
a reputable company.

Am I wrong in this claim?

Then, you piece of childish sh** , present some details via your selected legal advisor.

You certainly haven't given Martin Vu any information he requested to investigate your
claim.

It stayed pretty polite for Whirlpool, with a reasonable initial complaint topic, if it is indeed
true. An ex-customer who left for another ISP is not to be expected to be in love with you.
That's his worry. If we keep it alive here the Whirlpool trolls will come out in force.

The guy is obviously another knob jockey is the following even possible?:

"Oh and on the credit card, I think I have a new card. This is what is concerning me more.
The card number is the same, but the expire has be changed for 3 years forward. Would
exetel do the maths and automatically update my credit card detals in there system? "

How is billing supposed to know that his institution goes forward 3 years upon renewal? Mine

doesn't and failed the other day via Paypal because I have a new card with new expiry date
even though the number is the same.

Hi John,

The expiry date for the credit card is 01-03-2010 for both his old ADSL account and his
hosted service.

Hi John,

After investigating the issue the customer’s charges were due to his domain/hosting services
with exetel, he didn’t put through a cancellation for this particular service which was why
there were charges.

I have requested him to email me in order to get a confirmation to cancel the account.

I have discussed the issue with the staff that was talking to the customer; he has confirmed
that he didn’t hang up the telephone call.

The customer requested to talk to a staff in billing, he then advised the customer that all
billing enquires must be done via email.

The customer shortly after hung up the phone call.
