Africa and India, the ducting is manufactured at the
companys modern production plant in Dubai. The manu-

About Ducts
At the companys primary manufacturing facility in Dubai
Investment Park in Jebel Ali, ducts are manufactured to
meet stringent HVAC and Industrial specifications and
standards such as; DW144/SMACNA/ASHRAE.

Generally there are three kinds of ducts available:

01 - Galvanized Iron Duct (GI Duct)
02 - Pre-Insulated Duct (PI Duct)
03 - Mild Steel Duct (MS Duct)

The qualities of the ducts are illustrated in the

All ducts are tailored to customers requirements.
Ducts are available in various grades and thicknesses.
All duct pieces have identication tags to ensure
correct and quick installation at site.

Galvanized Iron Ducts

Galvanized Iron Ducts are manufactured at our workshop
as per customer requirements. All the accessories such
as fittings, attachments, components, and other goods
are manufactured from finest grade of material and
cutting edge technology. Our quality controllers check
each and every detail on well defined quality parameters
to ensure non-combustion, mold resistant and leak proof
finishing in the final product. Competitively priced, the
offered range of ducting is also facilitated with sound
proofing and high degree insulation.

Features:
Hot-dipped galvanized steel sheets of lock-forming
quality are used for the manufacturing of standard
ducts.
Ducts are also available in both, stainless steel and
Aluminum.
In order to re-inforce, all straight ducts have beading
all along at a distance of 300 mm between them.

Pre-Insulated Ducts
Under one roof, our clients will also have the choice of
Pre-insulated ducts. This is a more recent technology
and is becoming popular in the HVAC industry as it is
installed in a single fix. This eliminates the need for a
second fix, which saves significant time and cost. It is
made of rigid close cell polyisocyanurate board and
phenolic insulated panels faced by an aluminum foil on
both the sides.

Foamed with CFC free materials, environment protective.
Hermetic seal ensures little air leakage.
Aluminum foil reinforced on both sides.

Insulation
Trocellen Thermal Insulation
KAD Air Conditioning is also the exclusive GCC distributor of Trocellen insulation, which is an Italian brand of

thermal insulation.
Trocellen is a closed cell, chemically cross linked
polyolefin foam insulation and is mainly used as an
energy-efficient thermal insulation for air ducting, cold
water storage tanks and large diameter pipes.

Some of the main features of Trocellen insulation

include:
Closed cell construction, ensuring in achieving uniform
and consistence density.
High Water Vapor Diffusion Coefcient, ( > 65,000)
ensuring in the greater longevity.
Facing of re-enforced aluminum of thickness up to 50
microns.
No bers, non toxic, formaldehyde and is odorless and
is safe in the event of fire.
Mold, mildew and bacteria resistant.
Very easy to install.
Made in Italy / German.
