Learning Team Assignment: Failure Analysis/Change Strategy

Purpose of Assignment
This project will help students make connections between the culture and structure of an
organization, along with the opportunities for strategic change. The students will also learn more
about resistance to change as well as strategy analysis and positioning. This project also allows
students to connect the information they learned in previous weeks, making the information personal
and academic.
