Introduction
After successful operation in Denim Printers, Fashion World and Daniel
Knitwears the owner mention company had decided to start a fully
information & technology base along with social accountability and quality
controlled modern readymade composite knit garments industry in large
scale. In this connection Mrs. Israt Jahan (Chairman), Mr. Syedul Hoque
(Managing Director), had decided start a partnership company in
Narayanganj in the year 2008 to manufacturer knitwear garments
for the international market right from inception the policy of the
company has been to provide total customer satisfaction by offering
quality knitwear in time. To meet the commitments of quality and
prompt delivery, Denison Attires Ltd. decided to integrate the
manufacturing processes in a planned manner. Over the years the entire
process has been integrated by importing sophisticated machinery from
world renowned manufacturers.

600 (Approx) employees reinforce Denisons core strength of planned
infrastructure. Those form the backbone of the company. Employees are
trained with team culture by a in - house management consultant.
Departments are headed by qualified and experienced managers
assisted by executives who undergo continuous training, attend
development workshops and are exposed to the new developments in
the industry. Professional management with clear delegation of authority
and responsibilities enable swift response and decision making at all
levels.

Introduction
Working on new concepts in styling and content of the knitwear is a
continuous activity in Denison with an objective to up the quality and the
value of merchandise. Since 2008, the year in which International
business was started, Denison concentrated all its strengths and
resources in developing a wide range of knitwear for the international
market. Though young - today, Denison has a wide Buyer range in the
globe that includes Cotton On Cotton, Australia, LPP SA, Poland,
Delta Galil,UK, Sonae, Portugal Etc. Uniqueness of Denison lies in its
clearly defined quality policy and management structure and the
capability to offer a wide range of knitwear including a full range of
products for - Men, Ladies, Kids such as Polo Shirt, Sports Shirts, T Shirts, Sweat Shirt, Shorts and Trousers. Our Knitting machines are
equipped to produce all kinds of fabrics, such as Single Jersey, Double
Jersey, Pique, LaCoste, Interlock, Rib, French Terry, Drop needle of
other structure looks with or without spandex.

laws of Peoples Republic of Bangladesh to provide a favorable
