Hi Sir,
As discussed please find the list of the check points for Upcoming new SCFT sites
with below details and required inputs.
* License Check-by using the "Invh" command need to check all the
necessary license are available with feature activated script are
with enclosed report.
* Nbr List audit need to be done post site on aired,ensure up to
3rd-Tire no missing Nbr captured based on MIPT & Handover matrices.
* Golden Radio Parameter audit for Node-b & RNC level,Golden parameter
with recommended values enclosed with report.
* As per New PSC plan*(plan already shared with the respective
team)*SCFT site must be have the updated PSC's, and up to the 3rd
Tire wont be any PSC Conflict.
* LAC/RAC/URA Audit as per Plan provided by the planing team must be
same,during the SCFT LAC/RAC/URA must be same based on neighboring
sites & Geographical location.
* Major KPI(RRC CS/PS,RAB Speech/HSDPA,DCR,IRAT CS/PS & Traffic & Data
Download must be >0) must be under threshold KPI tracker formate
enclosed herewith KPI threshold values.
* RSSI of the Cell must be>-90 (dBm).
