The payment will be paid base on Invoice

5.PAYMENT TERMS:
By TTR (100% of Invoice declared customs value for each shipment) not later 180 days after receiving
the Fax copy of Airway Bill and Commercial Invoice.

6. CLAIMS

The delivery must be checked upon arrival.Only non-conformities in accordance with the AWB are valid
for claims due to deficiency or to damage during transport.
Claims due to quality of the salmon must be made written immidiately and maximum 48 hrs after arrival
in Ha Noi City Airport. Claims for the salmon that has already been used, processed or thrown away
cannot be accepted.
Salon subject to claims must not be resold without agreement.
The invoice amount must always be paid in full as agreed. Deduction from an invoice can only be done
OCEAN QUALITY AS Co,.ltd if has issued a credit note.
Incase of disagreements, both parties must summit to the rule of the Norway Court in Norway

7.CONFIDENTIALY
Both parties are obliged not to publish the content of this agreement, also including cases of
disagreement to competitors, press, TV etc.

8.TERMINATION OF CONTRACT.
JVAT Farm Co.,Ltd and OCEAN QUALITY AS have the right to terminate the contract if any of the above
terms/condition are breached by the other part.
