• Integral part of Board of Directors- managed and restructured
organization from a non -profit volunteer EMS service operation to a fee
for service business with paid EMS employees, EMS vehicles and an
insurance billing department. The restructure also included the
acquisition of the Wayne County Paramedic units from the local hospital
system. My actions on this Board averted closing the doors of a regional
 EMS service and the loss of a hospital run Paramedic service. Honesdale
