2015 AP/IB Exam Attendance Policy & Permission Slip

Juniors and seniors taking AP and IB exams may be excused from the remainder (AM or PM) of the school day on their
exam days with prior parent permission. Please note that this policy does not excuse students from classroom tests and
deadlines. Students should check with their individual teachers to make sure they are current with their classwork and
homework assignments.
Students need to submit this completed & signed form to Ms. Henry, the Attendance Secretary, by the morning prior to
their first exam. For example, if your first exam is on Monday May 4th, then this form must be submitted by the morning
of Friday May 1st.
Please put a check next to the exams that you will be taking. Remember that IB exams may have papers administered on
different days. You will not be excused for the remainder of the day unless you are registered for and take the exams
you have checked off.
