DOCS Global, Inc. is the staffing/functional service provider of ICON Clinical Research. DOCS provide contract staff, functional
service teams and permanent resources to some of the worlds largest pharmaceutical, biochemical, CRO and medical device
companies.

Director Operations Support (2008 Present)

Worked in collaboration with the companys Business Development, Recruiting, Finance, Human Resources and Operations
departments to analyze, redesign and implement business processes meant to streamline the procedures followed through the full life
cycle of our consulting services both domestically and internationally. Responsible for Change Management and communications to
broader population. Built and headed an operational support team of up to 10 people. Team was dedicated to provide employee
support including onboarding, day to day oversight and support, contract management and HR issue resolution.

Bullhorn to customize the tool to DOCS format.
