1- How will the education system change by 2050?


Cities theorist Richard Florida thinks urbanization trends will

reinvent the

education system, making our economy less real estate driven and erasing the
divisions between home and work.

What will a smart grid make in humans beings by 2050?

By 2050 a smart grid will let human beings to have appliances linked directly to
energy distribution systems, allowing for real time pricing based on supply and
demand. This is an opinion of Charles Ebinger, Director of the Energy Security
Iniative at the Brookings Institution.

How will mass media be in future?

The internet will continue to radically transform media, destroying the traditional
model of what a news organization is, the most common kinds of news
organizations in the future will be individuals and small alliances of individuals
reporting and publishing on niche topics. People will be more empowered,
motivated and active.

Will global warming have any importance to have a better life in

future? Why?
Yes, global warming has importance, because it affects our lives because climatic
and environmental changes low the quality of life generated. The planet becomes
also unbalanced.

What will people know more about health?

People will live longer and remain healthier. In terms of how we will eat, there will
have more small slaughterhouses, small creameries, and regional food. So
everybody will be healthier as a result.
AIDS research pioneer David Ho says the HIV epidemic will still be with us, but we
will know a lot more about the virus than we do today.

You were asked to write a short article about how you imagine Colombia will
be in 2050 taking into account technology, transportation and health.
Take into account that the text must have the following information. The
article consists of five paragraphs. Each paragraph must have minimum four
(4) sentences and maximum eight (8) sentences.

Paragraph 1: Introduction (general idea about how the life will be in Colombia in
2050)
Paragraph 2: Technology, Paragraph 3: Transportation, Paragraph 4: Health,

Answers:

Introduction (Paragraph 1)
I imagine Colombia will likely 60 million people, and the provinces will be used to
expand the cities. The land will be more expensive and People will eat less meat
and more vegetables. PwC economic researchers point out that Colombia has a
very good chance to improve their figuration in the global context, if they develop
innovative sectors of information technology, which would improve its position in
the world.

Technology (Paragraph 2)
In technological development, I think it will increase the budget for science and
technology, and advances in internet coverage, but there will be a precarious
patent development and the need to improve telecommunications technologies.
With online government programs, Strengthening of IT Industry and Digital
Experience, through the Ministry of Information Technologies. The Colombian
government will work on the mass use networks and the use thereof.

Transportation (Paragraph 3)
In this sector, I think that the rivers will be an effective option to improve the flow of
goods between municipalities and regions. The free trade agreement will develop

the national roads. It will resume rail service for passengers and trade. There will
be more private cars and subway service in Bogota and other capitals.

Health (Paragraph 4)
I believe that the public health systems will be better than today and life
expectancy will be higher. Children will have more choices for sports and food will
be much more natural. People will have more awareness of preventive medicine,
although private health programs will remain very expensive and this will limit
coverage to millions of citizens.

Conclusion (Paragraph 5)
In 2050, new realities will occupy the tables of national issues. Colombia will be a
country at peace, and at the forefront of the development of the region fulfill our
leadership in science and technology, art and education, based in a new culture of
life, granting prevalence to human development on locomotives rabid
consumerism.
