Mothers,
I wish to prepare Biriyani for my son's birthday next week. Please let me know the BEST BRAND of
Biriyani rice that will come out good by being non-sticky, not over cooked, tasty...A perfect rice for
biriyani !
If possible, do let me know some tips for preparing CHICKEN BIRIYANI.

Try Golden Range - Kohinoor extra long Basmati (XL) Rice .

KD 2.300 for 5 KG. Excellent for biriyani, pulav and Fried
rice.Based on my personal experience . No marketing!!

Infant visit to dependent-Farwaniya.

u have to marinate chicken with curd and other ingredients to

get best and juicy chicken..u can check in google abt recipes
abt what ingredients they add..
use ghee for avour,and also kumkum poo...
fry rice before without breaks and add water...
u check recipes by brownsing in google..

If its ur rst time, try preparing a trial this week., so you dont
have any hassles last moment for the birthday.
SInce making biryani takes trial n errors to get perfect..

Indus valley, Kohinoor, India gate, all good..take any....or

Gazalle
Use good amount fried onion, fried cashew, fried raisins along
with some whole spices ( some cinnamon,some clove, some
cardamom, some black pepper, some bay leaf etc)
Do not over cook rice. better boil separately and drain.
Fry marinated Chicken pieces 50%, and cook with masala for
remaining 50% . and DUM it with mixed rice and fried items,
and the other things.
Fried pieces, cooked in masala will be really tasty. Use ghee
also.

Try Lal Quilla Brand, it is good.If you get the Kuwaiti Ration
rice, it is Basmati, good enough.
Ghee the best brand is Three cow brand (light green
tin),available in LULU.Little more expensive, but smell and
taste of that Ghee is excellent.
