Scope of the Position

The intern would be responsible for the development and maintenance of applications aimed at a vast number of diverse
Android devices. The role demands primary focus on development of Android applications and their integration with back-end
services. Commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and creating quality products is considered to be
Interns essential traits.

Summary of Key Functions

1.

Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform.

2.

Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code.

3.

Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.

4.

Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.

5.

Work with outside data sources and API's.

6.

Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.

7.

Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Qualification and
Required Skills

1-

Required Qualification, Experience and Skills

Intern is required to be a BS(CS) student, preferably a sophomore/junior year
student.

2-

Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal
with different screen sizes.

3-

Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end

services

4-

Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for
common tasks

5-

Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications

6-

Understanding of Googles Android design principles and interface guidelines

7-

Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.

Pakistan by building a primary school in a village Akri, situated in Sindhs coastal district Golarchi. Since that time, dreamfly has
expanded its projects to several other countries, such as India, Afghanistan, Rwanda and Colombia, thereby embarking on a global
mission of connecting the societies in conflict and empowering them.
