Dear Parent/Guardian,

attending the Lalor Secondary College Athletics Carnival, which is a whole school event.

Competitors will be travelling to and from the venue by bus. They will require $10.00 to cover transport
and/or umpiring costs. No EMA for Sport.
A canteen selling drinks, hot and cold food will be operating at the venue all day.
Years 7 10 students must wear their Lalor Secondary College sport uniform but are allowed
to have house colour accessories (coloured head bands, arm bands or coloured face or hair).
Students who suffer from asthma are expected to bring their Ventolin spray.
Please sign the permission form below and return it to the General Office, together with
$10.00 in a clearly named envelope, by Monday 3rd March, 2014.

on their house colour (no jeans, sandals or thongs).
