Duties:
Manage a group of technicians and operators to carry out:
 Troubleshooting
 Repair
 Maintenance
 Installations and
 Evaluation of Telecommunication equipment – HF, VHF, UHF and
Microwave Radios, Computer Hardware, PABX’s and PAX used on
Power lines
 Battery/Solar Modules and Chargers
 Schedule preventive annual maintenance programs
Accountable to the Chief Engineer on the day-to-day operations of the
department

1992 – 2003: Network Administrator of the Southern African
Development Community Telemetry System (Hydroelectric
Hydrological Assistance Project sponsored by CIDA) which comprise the
following countries; Zambia, Zimbabwe, Namibia, Mozambique and
