Functions of Machines
Singing Cum Desizing Machine:
This machine is used for singing and desizing process.During
singing process, fibers which are not tied in threads or in the cloth are burned on the flame.
During desizing process the sized material removed from the fabric.

High Pressure(Kier) Machine:

This machine is used for scouring process.During this process all
the impurities are removed from the fabric and increase the absorbance of the fabric.

Rope Washer:
It is used to wash the fabric after every pretreatment process.

Bleach Tank:
This tank is used for bleaching the fabric.Bleaching increases the brightness of the
fabric.

Mercerizing Machine:
It is a machine in which merserization is done. Mercerization improve the
luster and tensile strength of the fabric also improve the dimensional stability.

Low Pressure Jigger Machine:

This machine is used for desizing, scouring, bleaching and dyeing

High Pressure Jigger Machine:

This machine is used only for dyeing.

Winch Machine:
This machine is used for light weight fabrics for desizing,scouring,bleaching
and dyeing process.

Jet Machine:
It is used for pure knitted fabrics for desizing, scouring , bleaching and dyeing.

Pad Thermosol Machine:
