Understand concepts well in this book and solve all problems. Best book for
GATE/PSUs aspirants. IES aspirants shall follow other text books/e-books for
synthesis and graphs topics.

Electronic devices

Good books to prepare for this subject are

Jacob Millman and Christos C. Halkias
Solid state electronic devices Ben streetman and Sanjay Banerjee
An average student feels second text book relatively tougher than first one. Very
important subject as many questions appear in GATE/IES/PSUs.
