Receivable / Payable Management


• Overseeing advance controls for advance payments & follow-up with
purchaser, cost center wise consumption & analysis with average consumption.
• Preparing and following up of bills receivables after invoicing to debtors,
conducting ageing analysis with an aim to keep receivables under control. Control the Debtors against the Bank
guarantees.
• Ensuring that all payments are made to suppliers within the stipulated
time frame and managing accounts payable within the pre-set parameters.
• Conducting ageing analysis of the payables to understand the paying
pattern and devise effective accounts payable policies.

Auditing & Taxation


• Coordinating in complete planning & management activities for ensuring
completion of internal & statutory audits within time.
• Handling the internal audit of the companies including setting up of
internal audit systems as well as monitoring of the implementation of the systems.
• Providing feedback to the top management with regular internal audit
reports.
• Preparing tax plans and ensuring timely assessment and filing of direct &
indirect tax returns, TDS, income tax, service tax in compliance with statutory tax acts.
• Attending hearings with income tax and sales tax authorities’ upto
Deputy Commissioner level.
• Responsible for preparation of information required for Income Tax and
Sales Tax Assessments; attending the assessment process with the chartered accountant or advocate of the
company.

Liaising / Statutory Compliance


• Liaising with various government departments - ensuring smooth
business operations.
• Filing the regular statutory returns under the Income Tax Act, - i.e.
Annual Return and the Quarterly TDS Returns, and returns under the Service Tax Act and VAT returns under the
VAT act of the State.

Administrative Tasks
• Monitoring adherence to statutory regulations & compliance with various
governmental agencies; monitoring disciplinary issues & legal matters.
• Developing budgets & annual plans to managing facilities as per
organisational needs & parameters.
• Coordinating in other HR matters such as PF, Prof Tax, etc. with
recruitment & selection process.
• Developing KRA and SOPs for staff members of accounts and other
departments.
• Arranging the training of staff members with outside agencies.

• Holds the distinction of ramping up the plant capacity from 40% to 90%.
• Efficiently monitored dispatches and collection process from debtors.

At CG Marketing Pvt. Ltd.:

changed package and correlation of the data with the old package.
