INTRODUCTION
This proposal has been written in regards to photography services

Following the event, the photographer agrees to provide the client with the following:

PHOTOGRAPHY CONTRACT
This Photography Contract (now known as Contract) states the explicit terms and conditions
which govern the contractual agreement
between [PHOTOGRAPHER.FirstName] [PHOTOGRAPHER.LastName]
[ADDRESS], (the Photographer) and [CLIENT.FirstName] [CLIENT.LastName],[ADDRESS],
(the Client) who agree to be bound by this written agreement.
WHEREAS, the Photographer will provide photograph services according to the specifications
detailed below, and the Client wishes to hire Photographer for his or her services according to
the terms and conditions contained in this agreement.
Both parties, the Photographer and the Client, have been allowed the opportunity to read this
contractual agreement in its entirety, and to consult with legal parties if necessary.

1. PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS
The Photographer shall perform all the services described in the above proposal, purposing to
obtain all photographs of images desired by the Client.

2. PAYMENT
The Client shall pay the Photographer [PAYMENT] per [TIME FRAME] in exchange for the
photography services agreed upon in this proposal. Payments shall be made in [TIME
PERIOD] increments, with late fees assessed on past due payments.

3. TERM; TERMINATION
The term of this Contract shall last from [START DATE] to [END DATE]. The Client or
Photographer may terminate this Contract for any reason with [NUMBER] days written notice to
the other party.

4. RIGHTS TO IMAGES
Photographer will be performing this work operating as an Independent Contractor. All images
taken are the exclusive copyright of the Photographer and will be released to the client for their
personal use. No commercial reuse of the images is permitted without express written
permission of the Photographer.

5. PROJECT MODIFICATIONS
Modifications made to this project following Contract start may be made at the discretion of the
Photographer. Modifications will not be valid unless agreed upon in writing by both parties.

6. ACCEPTANCE
Your signature below indicates acceptance of the terms of this agreement, and entrance into a
contractual agreement with Photographer.
