If you contract the gluteus muscles against the tailbone (coccyx,) you will fee

l a heat flowing into your tailbone after 5-10 cycles. In fact, each contraction
uplifts the anococcygeus ligament (raphe) toward your tailbone to stimulate th
e anococcygeus nerve (S4-S5 and Co) for the heat flow generation. The gluteus m
uscle contraction against the tailbone also stimulates the pudendal nerves (S2-S
4) and arteries to the anus, testicles and penis. You can get erection too durin
g anal breathing practices with the horse-riding stance or in a relaxation sitti
ng position, even without sexual stimulation. Anal Breathing Qigong movement wit
h the horse-riding stance performs periodically expansion of the symphysis pubis
which generates piezoelectricity to charge the penile branch of the pudendal ne
rves, known as the dorsal nerve of penis, and the penile and testicular vagus ne
rves (or glans clitoris vagus nerves for women) which allow spinal-injured (spi
nal cut-off) men and women to experience dried orgasms (without ejaculation). T
his practice gives me spontaneous erection during Qigong practice. It makes the
erection harder and last much longer during sex. I term this erection as the iro
n penis. This is why I like to use the horse-riding stance for hourly sex. It al
lows me to perform 1000-3000 love thrusts at a high-frequency stimulation of 2.
5 thrusts per second, like a love-making robot.
However, if you compress the prostate, seminal vesicles and bulbourethral glands
though the PC muscle contraction, you will have precum (pre-ejaculation fluid)
or semen leakage out. Precum leakage will result in out-of-control ejaculation.
Both distinguishable signs will let you know if you practice anal breathing corr
ectly.
The correct anal breathing muscle movement lets you feel heat in the tailbone wi
thout precum leakage.
----------------How to train your gluteal muscle to contract against your tailbone:
1. Split your legs with a distance of 2 x your shoulders width;
2. Sit in the air with the horseback riding posture (Tai Chi horse-rider posture
);
3. Move your pubic forward and bend your upper body (shoulders and head) backwar
d to induce the natural contraction of your butts against your tailbone.
You need a lot of practice for the butts' gluteal muscle to get used to the cont
raction in any position and any time whenever you want. Practices of moving you
r pubic forward and bending your upper body is not only for training, but also f
or powering erection and ejaculation control during sex.
This QiGong practice is to train you for sitting the horseback riding posture wi
th the pubis movements (back-forth and rotation) along with the gluteal muscle
contraction against the tailbone-anus muscles for 15-30 minutes.
---------Start with the Horse Riding Stance: Split your legs with a distance of 2 x your
shoulders width; Sit in the air with the horseback riding posture (Tai Chi hors
e-rider posture) where your knee and big toe (the hallux) are visually lined up
with the eye; Hold a imaging TaiChi ball in your low abdomen.
The Aquali Qigong first movement - Qi Awakening: With the Horse Riding Stance, r
ise both wings (hands and palms up) sideway up to the sky with palms and slightl
y sink (lower) your upper body at about 4-6 inches (10-15 cm), while performing
anal breathing, where anal breathing is defined as a sequence of the following m
ovements: sinking Qi (somatic motor nervous action/expansion) from the thoracic
and abdominal cavity into the pelvic cavity (also known as simultaneous vagus-st
imulation inhaling), slightly moving your pubis forward, slightly opening your k
nees to stretch the ischiocavernosus and superficial transverse perineal muscle
, and contracting the gluteus maximus against the coccyx (tailbone)). Straighte
n your body upward with contracting the gluteal msucles against the tailbone, lo
wer the hands to the shoulders, and straighten the hands sideway out. Swing the

hands to the back to form a Taichi ball around the lowerback and tailbone while
slightly bending the body backward. With this back-strecthing horse-riding pos
ture, move the pubis foreward with sinking Qi into the low abdomen and pelvic ca
vity, slightly open your groins and legs to strecth the ischiocavernosus muscle
and superficial transverse perineal muscles , and contract your gluteal muscles
against your tailbone; repeat the pubic forth and back movement and muscle contr
action several times. Then, Rise both wings (hands and palms up) sideway up to
hold the sky again for starting the next cycle of anal breathing. To end the cyc
le, return to the Qigong initiation posture that holds the Taichi ball in the f
ront, instead of back-strecthing horse-riding posture

muscle right? How do I know if I am contracting the right muscle?
