Scenario1:

t-code mrss/plboorgm:
MRS runs fully integrated as an Add-On to SAP ERP/CRM for system service, plant
maintenance and project businesses. Optimization of resource assignment
according to e.g. travel times, priorities and qualifications, resource utilization.

UseCases:
Visualize crossORG-Planning situation, Optimize ServiceTechnicians travel
time&SLA fulfillment, planResources like humans&tools,
mapQualification&Availability of Technician for ServcieOrderDemands &
damandRelationships@WorkCenters/TechnicianTeams
Ex: identifyDemand, to createOrder, to scheduleWorkCenter, to
scheduleTechnicians&Tools, & to orderConfirmation.
Roles: Employee (create resource request, fulfill resource request, & assign
resources to requests) , DemandRequester (createDates_Durations_reuiredProfile),
ContactPerson ( EmployeeSearch, accept/decline resourceOffers, &
processAssignedDemands) & ResourcePlanner (transfer demands to
resourcePlanner).

WorkAssignment: Assign the demand item to the resource

WorkSchedule: Schedule one item in Bay, which is created as resource

TechnicianComments: Display comments of Technician who is created as


BusinessPartner in CRM system. OrderPriority: Check Demands to execute

CustomerComments: Check customer descriptions in Demanded items.


ExecuteReports: Check and Export MRS Reports as Excel
