Read the following instructions carefully :

Welcome to Self Evaluation using excel upload (.xls format) feature !


Save the downloaded excel in .xls format only and upload the file in the same format.

Fill in the evaluation comments (Column 'G' in Goal Sheet, 'D' in Attribute Sheet) and rating details (Column

If the excel is opened in "Protected View" enable editing as:
Go to File-->Info-->Click on "Edit Anyway"
After that close the excel sheet and re-open it, then you can use the 'Validate Goals' and
