• Responsible for all error issues with inbound (850, 860, 944, 945, 852) and outbound
(856, 940, 943, 810, 820) ANSI ASC X12 EDI transactions using GENTRAN family
translator (GIS 3.2 and GIS 4.2 later).
• All data manipulation and management were done using simple Windows SQL queries and
UltraEdit.
• A main contact in resolving invoice problems with customers. Worked with AR department and
Trading partners on open invoices, identifying and removing any discrepancy in EDI 810
transactions. Worked with Order Management Teams to prevent errors in future invoices.
• Worked with chargeback’s manager to eliminate exist and prevent in the future EDI related
chargeback’s.
