TO BE A QUALIFIED BIDDER, THE BANK MUST OPERATE WITHIN

1. COLLATERALIZE ALL TIME AND DEMAND DEPOSITS 100% WITH
GOVERNMENT SECURITIES.
2. THE BANK WILL PROVIDE CHECKS FOR ALL ACCOUNTS AT
NO COST TO CLERK OF COURTS OFFICE.
3. ALL BANK STATEMENTS WILL BE CUT-OFF ON THE LAST DAY
OF THE MONTH FOR ALL ACCOUNTS.
4. STATEMENTS MUST LIST EACH CHECK CLEARING IN CHECK
NUMBER ORDER. IMAGES OF CANCELLED CHECKS MUST BE
RETURNED ON COMPACT DISK WITH STATEMENT.
5. ALL ACCOUNTS MUST BE ACCESSIBLE THROUGH THE

An ordinance amending Ordinance No. 857 dividing the property of
Seaside at Grand Isle, LLC. into 10 lots, all being part of a tract of land
according to a plan of Charles L. McDonald Land Surveyor, dated 20
February 2008 to include the land is in the Seaside Grand Isle Subdivision.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY the Town Council of the Town of
Grand Isle, Jefferson Parish, Louisiana that:
Town of Grand Isle Ordinance No. 857 is hereby amended to read:
SECTION I: The of division of the property owned by Seaside at Grand Isle,
LLC described as Seaside Grand Isle Subdivision lots 12A, 13 and 14 all being
a portion of lot 8 in Seaside Grand Isle Subdivision located in T21S R25E,
Jefferson Parish Louisiana, all accordance with a plan of Dehemecourt Survey,
Inc. dated August 31, 2000 is hereby divided into 10 Lots all being part of a

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Town Council of the Town of

Police Chief Euris Dubois was recognized and gave the following police report:
For the period of May 11 thru 26, 2015 there were 16 arrest, 3 accidents and 13
traffic citations issued; call outs handled totaled 362; major calls included 22
medical calls, 2 water rescues and 1 drowning; fines collected totaled $2,078.00.
Council Member Jay Lafont entered the meeting at 6:10 p.m.
The following resolutions were jointly offered by the Council:
RESOLUTION NO. 2683
A resolution authorizing the Mayor to sign a service agreement with the
Louisiana Department of Culture, Recreation and Tourism for garbage
pickup at the Grand Isle State Park.
WHEREAS, the service agreement for garbage pickup with the Grand Isle State
Parks expires on June 30, 2015.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of
Grand Isle, Jefferson Parish, Louisiana that:
the Mayor of the Town of Grand Isle is hereby authorized to sign on
behalf of the Town of Grand Isle, a service agreement between the
Town of Grand Isle and the Louisiana Department of Culture, Recreation
and Tourism for garbage pickup on a monthly basis at the monthly rate
listed as follows:
July thru September, 2015 -------------$2,529.29
October, 2015 thru March 2016------- 1,011.67
April, thru June 2016---------------------- 2,529.29
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT:
The charge for garbage collection will be adjusted annually to keep
pace with the rate of inflation as indicated by the United States
Bureau of Labor Statistics Consumer Price Index.

RESOLUTION NO. 2684
A resolution authorizing the Mayor to make application for funding through the
LDEQ Municipal Facilities Clean Water Revolving Loan Fund (MFRLF) for
the amount of $853,700.00 for the design and construction of Ninety West Park.
WHEREAS, the Town of Grand Isle is in need of funding to construct a facility
that will improve water quality affected by non-point source pollution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY the Town Council of the Town of
Grand Isle, Jefferson Parish, Louisiana that:
Section 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to sign the application for funding
through the MFRLF on behalf of the Town of Grand Isle for the purpose of
funding design and construction of Ninety West Park for the amount of
$853,700.00.
This resolution was offered jointly by the Council.

A joint motion by the Council was unanimously agreed upon to accept the
proposal of National Corrosion Service, Inc. of $1,050.00 to review and update
the Distribution Integrity Management Plan for the towns natural gas system.
Mayors report: 1. Thanked the American Legion, Grand Isle Girl Scouts and
all the volunteer who participated in the recent poppy drive. 2. Will be meeting
with Senator Alario to discuss the funding for the Historical Recreation Center/
Community Center (Old School Gym). 3. Reminded everyone that school is not
out so extra care is to be given in looking out for the kids.
