COMPROMISE AGREEMENT

This Agreement executed this 16th day of April, 2014 at Del Carmen, Iligan City, by and
between:
MR. APOLINARIO A. AMULAR, Filipino, of legal age, Head Teacher V, with address at
Barangay Pala-o, Iligan City representing ILIGAN CITY NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL ANNEX.
-andANTONIO E. SURVILLA, Filipino, of legal age with address at Zone 12, Barangay
Bagong Silang, Iligan, representing DOT CONSTRUCTION.
WITNESSETH: That
WHEREAS, the ILIGAN CITY NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL ANNEX represented by Principal Mr.
Apolinario A. Amular and DOT Construction represented by Antonio E. Survilla have entered
into contract for the Construction of Water Sanitation Facilities at Iligan City NHS-Palao HS
Annex Brgy, Palao, Iligan City.
WHEREAS, the septic vault of one classroom cannot be constructed due to site problem.
WHEREAS, the parties desire to settle and arrange internally the problem to avoid delays in the
construction of the project.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing and the further covenants hereinafter set
forth, the parties agree as follows:
1. That the Principal have proposed to the contractor to convert/ changed the septic vault of one
classroom into water system and the contractor have assented the same.
2. That the water system shall be in the same amount as reflected in the contract.
3. The signatories to this Agreement hereby represent and warrant that they are duly authorized
to execute this Agreement.
4. The parties or their assigns hereby waive, renounce and forever quitclaim all their respective
claims and counterclaims subject of the instant action as well as those that may arise therefrom,
in connection therewith or in relation thereto.
5. The foregoing covenants are not contrary to law, morals, or public policy and the parties bind
themselves to comply strictly with their undertakings.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, parties herein affixed their signatures on the date and place
above written.
