Identified, sourced and recruited employment candidates for multiple company departments. Cultivated improvements
with hiring managers, maintaining and tracking acquisition process and keeping the pipeline of qualified candidates full.
Recruited candidates in the following business groups: Legal (IP, M&A, Licensing, HR, Sales/Marketing, and Patent
attorneys), Software Solutions Group (software development engineers, game development engineers, visual
computing engineers), HR, Finance, IT, Sales and Marketing.
Streamlined the cumbersome Non-Diverse Offer Request process to ensure a diverse slate of candidates was being
considered for requisitions in compliance with OFCCP guidelines. As a result, time to offer (TTO) was reduced from
four weeks to three days allowing the Software group to become more competitive.
Member of Staffing Super User group which monitored and supported customers of the hiring tool. Reduced customer
response time for hiring tools issues from 48-96 hours to same day.
Lead contributor on Taleo Launch team tasked with creating the foundational template library for the integration of the
Taleo talent management solution for Intel. Created a pre-screening template library of over 9000 templates for every
job code at Intel. Despite numerous delays with data loss and Legal compliance requirements, key deliverables were
met and the tool launched on time.
