1.1Notice of the meeting was tabled and taken as read.

2.0CHAIRPERSON
2.1The chairperson of the meeting was the President, Interactor Lee Jun Yi.

3.0QUORUM
3.1The requisite quorum being present, the chairperson declared the
meeting to be duly convened.
4.0PRESIDENTS REPORT
4.1

President, Interactor Lee Jun Yi conducted the 4th General Meeting.

4.2

President, Interactor Lee Jun Yi informed the Interactors on the latest

updates of the ICCPJ Carnival 2012.
4.2.1 Interactors were each given a sponsorship form. Interactors
were encouraged to try their best to find sponsorships. A
Help-o-Meter point will be awarded for every sponsor found
by an Interactor.
4.2.2 Coupons for the carnival have arrived. Each Interactor will
have to take 3 coupon books each to sell.
4.2.3 Interactors that have yet to be assigned to a duty shift were
all assigned to a respective stall.

4.2

President, Interactor Lee Jun Yi announced that the Leadership

Seminar has been postponed to 1 September, 2012.

4.3

President, Interactor Lee Jun Yi informed everyone about the

upcoming ICCPJ Annual Installations.
4.3.1 Details regarding the Interact Club of SMK La Salles (ICLSPJ)
